They let me know that an item was on backorder and when I wanted to try a different size and then add another item they did whatever was necessary to accommodate my requests. Then they sent me a couple of small items I was interested in without charging me for them. All together there were several emails and they were all responded to quickly and professionally. After a frustrating time having orders cancelled on Amazon for disposable gowns, Canadian Safety was excellent to deal with, very efficient. The order was placed, confirmation received and detailed tracking available. Within 48 hours, I had my disposable gowns. In fact, I had them before I received a third non-deliverable order from Amazon. Highly recommend!!!
