They ordered me a propane BBQ but gave me a natural gas one. Huge waste of my time and extremely frustrating. All I got was I'm sorry" but that doesn't give me my wasted time back."

New staff wants to help customers but they don’t have experience. Old staff has the knowledge, but they don’t care about customer. Instead of leading the customers, they are always pointing. You are defeated by Home Depot for some reason. Think about it.

We have been doing Reno's for years and constantly visit this Rona. 9/10 times it's absolutely fantastic. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff and at times, I've been alone loading huge heavy things into my truck and staff or other customers have helped me so much. ❤️

Disgusting racism! The associate was very unfriendly. She slammed on the table when I asked about paint color and denied me to view a binder to compare the paint code to color. I asked to talked to a manager from the customer service area but was declined of buying the paint product out of spite even the paint was mixed already. I believe that it is racially motivated and we had been threaten to call the police on us. My senior mother who can't speak English well was told to stay a step back by the manager as she need space" from her (manager is white Caucasian females in fifties and my mother is an east Asian). The assistant manager Laurie said that she would contact me and investigate but never get back to me."

I entered the store 15 minutes before closing and as I entered I was loudly told you have 15 minutes before we kick you out". This is not the manner in which you address customers as you are officially still open. I just needed to swop a part and I was out of there at 850pm. However

The folks that work here are amazing.Lyle is like a big brother to me and a home repair wiki + wizard. He's a great listener and is very kind and honest in wanting to help solve problems.Never let this man retire. I go to this store even when there's a home depot much closer by.

My mom needed her back door replaced in January 2023. Was supposed to be completed on her birthday, Jan 31st.An employee named Daniel was tasked in organizing this installation. Long story short: my mom's door was incorrectly ordered 3 times, and was not installed until April 2023! Meanwhile, Daniel was incredibly rude and even hung up the phone on my mom and refused to speak with her leaving myself and my husband to deal with him. Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Would NOT recommend. Brutal.
