Friendly employees, good customer service,and trucks are in good condition. Recommended.

Trucks in good shape.Went on a weekend for last minute booking and still a truck was available.We used it to move a queen bed and mattress, and also a table.Consumed a bit more fuel than usual vans.Got charged 90$ at first for calculated 40 miles. But we drove 41 miles and dropped the truck street 7 hours. And still got charged additional 22$. No breakup for the extra charge in mail or text message. No idea why again I was charged as I have also filled the fuel to previous level.Person In charge was friendly and assisted in any doubts at the beginning as it was our first time renting a U-Haul.Since it was weekend, we had to drop keys in drop box. Drop box was behind the building and in pretty visible area.We had booked another U-Haul earlier, but that office was closed and self pickup was not possible as the snow was not cleared at all. So couldn't even access the truck. That's why went at last minute to the other U-Haul branch.

Great experience, great service. I would say, choose this location for your u-haul task, even if it's a bit farther from you.

Recently I rented a truck at this location. Firstly, the lady who works there is very professional and friendly.I forgot my sunglasses at the truck after my moving but I could not remember it, however she called me and asked me about anything that I lost recently or not so we found out that is my sunglasses.One of the best customer service experience that I had.Good luck guys!

Great staff at this location. The only problem I faced was that I was looking for a U-Haul sign at the road. Turns out that the unit isn't actually called U-Haul" but "The Moving Store". I drove around the intersection looking for the place only to find it by mistake. Better signage at the road would be better. Maybe a U-Haul sign would help people find it easier.After all that

Rented their cargo van 4 times. Last time was on 25th Nov, 2022. Returned on Saturday night.So far so good. Miss Sue is friendly.Going to book another one this week for January 2023.

my experience was okay, and i've done the pre-signup so everything go kind of smooth.maybe it's because it's in the middle of day, my cargo van was avaiable.I didn't try to call them, so i don't know if they would answer or not..I'm satisfy with this experience, hope the next one will also be okay.
