Pete showed up on time, he was professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He worked straight from the moment he arrived. His pricing is very fair. He got stains out I did not think would come out. He did an incredible job. Would recommend.

Pete is so good at what he does! We needed three children’s bedroom carpets cleaned (stains and all), gave him a call based on Google reviews and are so glad we did! He made his appointment with us with a one-day turnaround, came on time with all his equipment ready to go, was friendly, thorough, and did exactly what we hired him to do — clean the stains off of the carpets. They look great, and have dried very quickly. We will hire him again next time we are in need and absolutely recommend his work. Thanks Pete!

We had an appointment scheduled two weeks out.Pete THE OWNER OF HIS COMPANY walked in and immediately was abrupt and rude. He was upset about the duct cleaners being there even though he had been told there might be a smidge of overlap due to scheduling before the holidays and he had initially said it would be fine. He was also there earlier than expected for our 3pm appointment.Regardless if he was having a bad day or not he lacks customer service and professionalism… he spoke to myself and my wife with an utter lack of respect and was insulting to our home, furniture, and persons after 7 weeks of a home renovation, which he had been told was the case. He complained about dog hair, of which there was a minor amount, and had specifically told us to not worry about vacuuming with our own vacuum as it could damage our unit, which I was thankful to know.He said he “didn’t have time for a quote and would come by day of” but when he looked at our house (post renovations might I add) he said it was next to impossible to clean it as he started judging the dust/debris… sorry but this is what you do, isn’t it???He also immediately asked if “he was going to get paid” which is understandable, but he didn’t do anything as he said it was too big of a job. He kept using the words “bow out”.We ended up doing a once over with our own shop vac and the result was fine until we booked a far more professional company to come today, Hugh’s carpet who apologized on behalf of Chatham’s small businesses.While I see he is most of the time friendly and does a great job, today was not this day. Even the duct cleaning company that was there was shocked by his lack of professionalism.We will not be recommending

Great job and my carpet looks like new. I had no idea it would look this good when he was done. Pete was great to deal with and the service was professional.
