I had hired kevin and his team for the kitchen remodeling by removing the load bearing wall.Kevin and his team did the inspection and demolished the wall but there was already lvl installed by the builderThey still charged me in full for the payment despite the fact they did not had to install the lvl and corresponding labour involved. They charged me 5k for basic electrical works and rerouting of hvac through subfloor towards the post they constructed very badlyCostly and poor work
