Positive from start to finish, they wanted to be sure I was happy and they were very responsive….now my cushion looks great again.

Very friendly service. I went in for a sheet of foam and was given a recommendation for the project I needed. It works perfectly! Unfortunately I didn't catch her name but the woman who served me was fantastic and able to cut my foam on the spot! Would recommend. Thank you the Foam Centre!

Amazing service and got my order within a few days! I was taken aback by some of the negative comments but that was not my experience at all. Wendy is professional and very customer oriented - WAY BETTER than service and price I received from Fabricland before! And always feels good to support a local business. Would highly recommend!

I took my depressed sofa cushions in to The Foam Centre to weigh out the option of replacing my sofa or having the cushions re-stuffed. Wendy and I chatted about the options for filling material and she gave me a quote. I made the decision to move forward as the cost to fix the cushions was approx half the cost of replacing the sofa. I’m happy to say that I’m absolutely thrilled with the outcome! It’s like having a brand new couch!!

Stay away from this store.No promises are kept, and they will never ever answer the phone.

got 2 blocks of foam cut for cushions, she know how to cut them and fit them perfectly. Recommend you purchase their indoor or outdoor cushion covers and foam for a better price

Disappointing. Overpromised, not Delivered.I visited the store on April 4 to request an estimate to have some outdoor cushions redone. I was told that it was getting busy so I was there at the right time, I would receive a quote in a couple of days. A week later I had not received anything and so I visited the store thinking that my information may have been incorrect and I missed the email. I spoke with Wendy who pulled my paperwork from within the pile and put it on top advising that I would have an estimate in a few days. Another week passed and I still hadn't received anything so again I visited the store, and again my request was pulled from the mounting pile of requests and put on top and told I would receive a quote that day. That was April 21. It is May 2 and I still haven't received an estimate. I have since taken my business elsewhere. This business owner is overwhelmed, phone ringing off the hook, voice mailbox full, mounting paper work and a broken intake system with new requests going on top of the previous requests. I hope Wendy considers getting some front line help. To current and future customers I hope your experience is more positive than mine as it was really bad.

This place is ridiculous. I have never seen such bad customer service. I went in asking for foam and a cover. The lady told me, it would take her a couple of days to send me the quote. No problem. Almost two weeks later, I contacted them as I received nothing and thought maybe they wrote down my information wrong. The lady told me she would pull out my request, do it and send it to me that day. They obviously had no intention of even sending it to me. Still nothing almost a week later. Don't waste your time. I have wasted almost a month waiting for them.

We have been to the foam store on two occasions. Both times Wendy has gone over and above with getting our couch cushions back to the way they looked originally! She is so kind and will take on any challenge.

Exceptional quality and amazing experience!We brought three cushions from our sectional couch to Wendy at the Foam Center in hopes of reviving them. Our dog loves sitting on the back of our couch looking out the window and after five years, they were crumpled and worn out. Wendy replaced the insert and customised the finishing for the perfect look. They look better than they did the day we bought the couch! Wendy was kind, profession, quick, and knew exactly what we needed. I highly recommend visiting the Foam Center.
