Our family hired Matthew as our realtor to deal with the sale of a home as part of an estate. With family members spread across Canada, no one was available to be on site and coordinate and manage repairs and renovations to the home in order to put the house on the market. Matthew stepped in to handle everything. He was instrumental in obtaining required permits, interviewed and hired subcontractors to carry out required work. He went above and beyond during a difficult time for us. He was always quick to respond to any of our inquiries and concerns. He sourced and installed appliances as well as had his assistant strip wallpaper and paint walls as needed.After selling the home in one day, Matthew continued to assist with anything we required. My wife flew out to handle the sale of the remaining furniture, he made sure to be available to haul things to the dump, or anything else she needed assistance with.We had interviewed another realtor prior to hiring Matthew and, with his assistance, we were able to sell the home for almost 300k more than what the other realtor had indicated.I have moved a multitude of times for work and worked with many realtors. Matthew provided outstanding service and was the hardest working realtor we have had to pleasure of working with.
