I'm not sure what has happened to this place in the last 2 years. We used to go alot. The staff was friendly and the place was spotless. I got the Bacon Cheeseburger and the Bacon Poutine. The BC poutine was PURE SALT. That's all you could taste. Nothing else. They used to layer toppings throughout the meal. Everything was on the top layer and a little just under. The fries in the middle and bottom were dry and hardly any cheese curds. The Bacon Poutine was the same. Wet on top, dry in the middle and bottom. Very little curds. This one was not as salty as the other. I think the salt came from the yellow cheese???" sauce. Nevertheless the last few times we were there it was fantastic. This time was not worth the $31 bucks for fries and gravy. Skimping big time on the flare."

I and my partner went to Smoke's last night and we received great customer service. The food was great. The person who served us last night provided exceptional service and we did enjoy our dine-in. 10/10 would recommend smoke's to friends. It was my first time there too!

First time visiting Smoke's Poutinerie. Was not disappointed. Had the Philly Cheesesteak poutine and hubby had the Bacon Cheeseburger one. Both were amazing. The mushrooms in the Philly were so yummy. You could smell the bacon as soon as you opened the box of the bacon cheeseburger. Generous topping mixed into the poutine right to the bottom of the box. Can't wait to go there again and try different varieties.

Taste was horrible. After eating traditional poutine, we did not feel ok. So I will say that don’t waste so much on this. It is not worth it. Thats my point of view.

Visited this location and Mandeep helped me with my order. He was super patient and even gave me some good recommendations on the order. After a long time., somebody gave excellent customer service. I will visit this place again for sure. And also the poutine was great!

This was my first time trying Smoke's, it wasn't that bad.The staff were friendly and patient with us as we didn't know what to order.The fries were fried fresh when we ordered and the service wait wasn't too long. The brother at the counter wore a mask and followed the right precautions I believe.I didn't really like the gravy, felt pretty watered down. The poutine was comparable to a Burger King poutine but less tastier with a bunch of toppings on top.I don't know if this was their intent, but the mushrooms and onions on my poutine were cold.I guess I can only give this a three star review because I'm comparing it to Burger King poutine which tastes better than this (subtract the toppings) and is waaaaaay cheaper.Salty, and messy poutine. Be careful! And the regular size is fine for one person to eat (Around 1000 cal.) I would not recommended getting the bigger size unless you're sharing. (It's 2000+ cal.)

Service was friendly and quick. But I didn't care for the flavor up their gravy. To me it tasted like Swiss Chalet gravy and it's not the flavor I expect in a poutine.

Ordered 150$ in French fries and cheese for 4 . They screwed up and only sent 3 . Ruined an awesome night . Fries are soggy , they aren’t smart enough to stagger the toppings so they are only on the top . I won’t order from them again .

So I have never given a 1 star but this deserves only a one. First, my wife's Buffalo Chicken poutine had no chicken!!!!! Had sauce, cheese and other stuff. My wife tried it for a bit, and dug deep but couldn't find any and I looked also. Nothing. I went to the server and asked her if there was supposed to be chicken. The girl looked at me and said yes....paused and then said some of the cheese was the chicken....I shook my head and gave back to my wife. She couldn't finish it. Plus the cheese was rubbery taste. So would I recommend this place, no!!! On top of that, we order the middle size meals with a Coke and spent $36 for the meal!!!! Lesson learned and will not go to the franchise ever again. Other companies make better, even places like Harveys or Hero Burgers.Never again.

Got the triple pork poutine, very delicious!There was a lot of meat. Pulled pork is melt in your mouth sweetness, sausages are great little bits when mixed all in, and the bacon is just great!The regular portion is very good size for the price. Poutine fries are alright, not my favorite type, but they are well cooked.Sauce is great, cheese is the good squeaky kind.
