Minute Muffler & Brake / High River Quick Lube

I have brought a number of work trucks here for repairs and have always had a great experience. Owned by a very humble local gentlemen who goes to every length to make sure you're taken care of and the job is done right the first time. I would recommend to anyone. There quick lube bay is always expedient and quality driven as well.

This is my second visit to Minute Muffler.I was referred to them by Fountain Tire originally to fabricate a repair my exhaust rather than replace it. Save me a lot of money, so when I needed a repair again I headed straight back.Christian listened to my concern and fully understood what I needed. He took the time to explain the repair.In short, professional friendly service, at an acceptable price, and on time.Thank you.

Have gone to minute muffler for at least 15 years. They have always treated me great, explained to me what is going on in a professional manner and in a way I could understand. They have always looked after everything and if I had issues Christian always makes sure to explain what is going onGreat service...trust them 100% on oil changes and maintenance of my car

I do not recommend this place if you are a female. They will not take your concern seriously. I brought my car for an oil change early September with the concern about my engine being obnoxiously loud the 2 “gentlemen” did a quick look of my engine as if I didn’t bring up any concerns they stated “ it’s loud because an escape”LOL. So towards that of the month the cooling fan broke it dropped down while I was driving to work and it’s damaged the radiator and I had to replace both $1,700. They could’ve saved me from having to replace the radiator if they took my concern seriously. Instead they bragged about that they fixed something else & saved me $100…LOL THANKS. Three days later it’s leaking something else. Please save your money and don’t go here if you are a female who’s alone they see you drive up and they think money. Had a custom exhaust done here. Very happy with the work done. On time and on budget. Thank you guys for a job well done.

Christian and his crew are terrific. An honest business owner who tells you everything that needs to be done on your vehicle. Then leaves you with a quote for you to review and then continue with service. There were no surprises. Christian and his crew took my tired and cranky 1996 Chevy truck in. It needed brakes, hoses, transmission work, emergency brake cable etc etc. They did an great job and now she purrs like a kitten. 5 STAR RECOMMENDATION

We purchased a used car off the owner and have had nothing but issues with this car since day 1. After the sale, we had to replace and engine. Even with the new engine there has been nothing been issues and even there mechanics looked at it, which I really wonder about. Not happy at all. Stay clear of any cars they try to sell outside the shop!! this car is costing us a fortune and is likely going to the wreckers before it breaks us financially!

I have taken my vehicle to Christian and his team for the past 5 years and have always been extremely pleased with the service provided. They all treat me with respect and explain every service to me in terms I understand. We are lucky to have this business in High River.

Mistakes Happen.Had an exhaust issue that I thought they would be well equipped to manage. The only positive part of the experience is that the repair appears to be well done and the issue resolved. So why only 2 stars. Don't go here if you are in a hurry. Even though I delivered the vehicle mid morning it was going to take them three days to effect the repair. The day the repair was due I recieved a phone call at 0730 to inform me the part had not arrived. Then the weekend, nothing was done and no further updates were given. I finally called them on Monday and the owner answered. Turns out the part had come but they had ordered the wrong one. Mistakes happen but they had not even started on the job (that would have meant tying up a hoist) so even though the right part did arrive Monday it was afternoon and they didn't even start. In all it was a week for what they quoted as a 4hr job. Now it's time to pay. Throughout the process we had been continually upsold. We declined all but one suggestion and were quoted $1700, taxes in. On that we authorized the repair. We went to settle up, $2600!. Turns out they forgot to delete one of the parts and were going to bill us for both. We had to push hard just to get them to look. Mistakes happen. It also turned out that they had to replace another part but forgot to put it in the quote. Mistakes happen. So we paid for that too. Mistakes happen. We won't be going back there again. To say the experience was disappointing is an understatement.Mistakes happen.

Ron was great to deal with, I explained how I wanted my exhaust to sound and look, and it’s exactly how it came out if not better than I visioned. I’ll be coming back if I need anything else done.
