Ali, from H&R, is quite possibly the kindest repair person I have ever engaged with for any service. While he repaired my electrical issue super efficiently, he also responded so empathetically to my need for continued indoor masking and my mobility issues. Ali, insisted on popping up and down the stairs to find different things he needed, so as to limit my strain (even helping me rummage around for a lightbulb he needed at one point), insisting on vacuuming a lightbulb that popped (cleaning out my vacuum before and after), and repeatedly asked if there was anything else I needed before leaving. Honestly, a perfect testament to the importance of kindness in any field of trade. Super duper recommend!!

My old outdated electrical panel failed and they were able to come and replaced it quickly. Even though it was a complicated replacement, they were very through and provide me with an explanation. Very satisfied customer.

Good day,I recently had an exposed outlet in my home that would trip once it received the slightest contact. Out of fear & worry for my family, I contacted H & R electric in a plead for help. Within the next business day, Mohamed arrived with the necessary equipment needed to repair the exposed outlet. Mohamed was extremely kind, professional, and informative. He handled the task efficiently and installed a new unit where the exposed outlet was located.I highly recommend H & R electric to those who require electrical assistance.

This is our second time using H&R Electric and they are always great! We had our power go out in a light fixture and 2 outlets in the same room.
