This is a first class dealership. All the staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. We have bought many vehicles from Ken, who is always very up front and fair to deal with. We are close to 20 vehicles we have purchased from Ken and I can’t say enough good about him. He never pressures to get a sale and has helped us make some very good decisions over the last many years. The service department are also very accommodating and knowledgeable. I really appreciate sitting down with them and making a fair deal for me and them. None of the back and forth haggling trying to get every last nickel out of me. You won’t be sorry checking out these folks if you’re looking for a different vehicle. They treat you right and with respect !!

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer and only returned there due to great service.I decided I would return yet again and man do I regret it. I live far away and will not ever bother to drive out of my way for this dealer again.First we were upsold by an answering service, we were told people are paying top dollar for used vehicles now and that ours was rare so the dealer would be happy to see us. Whoops… should have been our first red flag.Second. the sales person I talked to was a different one this time and the typical know it all type with very little interpersonal skills, thinks he knows it all, gonna tell it how it is, just dealing with a woman again here… (who has driven a Honda for 20 years).Third. I knew I wasn’t the customer they were looking for from the minute they put numbers down in front of me. Zero desire to make a deal. Didn’t move on any prices and made excuse after excuse about why. Over valued their vehicle and undervalued mine… NO desire to even recheck prices. Basically just tried to entertain me until I left and was pretty confident there was someone better for this deal.Fourth. The vehicle was posted on their site for said amount of dollars and when I asked why the numbers don’t add up they say the vehicle has 4000.00 worth of extras added to it and that is why nothing adds up. So they wanted 4000.00 more than the listed price, which is false advertising.This dealer has even called me before asking if I’d be interested in a trade, then when I finally am. This. Not impressed at all. I wasted a lot of time just google searching this dealers name again.

We recently purchased a Civic from Western Honda. The entire staff was excellent and made the process really easy. The salesman Ken was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Not high pressure like other places we have been. We would highly recommend and will be back!

Bought my CR-V in Regina, but had nothing but issues when dealing with them after the fact. When some minor recall work came up I didn't want to deal with Regina any more and gave Western a call. The service manager, Danny, is amazing. He went out of his way to make the whole process very convenient for me, and he and his team were prompt and efficient with no nasty surprises. They identified an issue with my ECM that we had thought was a minor sensor issue, called right away and apologized that they wouldn't have the part until the next morning. They were true to their word and stuck to the timelines they gave me.Regina couldn't handle a routine oil change in a single day with a 9am appointment booked a week in advance, and then swore at me when I said I needed my vehicle back at the end of the day. When they called for the recall info they also told me I had to bring it to them, and then tried telling me there was no Honda dealership in Moose Jaw.

What can I say, we have just purchased our fourth vehicle from Western Honda in Moose Jaw, that in itself should speak volumes. The sales guy Ryan Pulai who helped us, went above and beyond. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Answered all our questions, had all the information ready, and booked us in to servicing for the extra comforts that we asked for. His customer service is beyond excellent, and what makes it more special, he is truly a happy man, always smiling, and searching for a way to make his sale most memorable to his customer. You can tell he loves what he does. We have always had good service from Western Honda, both buying vehicles, and when (on the odd occasion) we have had to have them serviced. We will keep coming back, because Honda and their staff stand behind their products.
