Hello Harini Thevarajah,I sent you an email to confirm you received the referral of my family doctor but you did not answer me. I called you last week and, by chance I spoke with you, maybe not even one minute because you hung up, telling me you have three doctors you don't have time.I sent you an email with my proof of Vaccination for Covid-19, I have a health insurance with my work and you should have received the referral of my family doctor.What else do you need to make an appointment ?If I am trying to get an appointment it is because I have a health issue not for fun but I guess you don't mind.Damien

Dr. Elterman himself is a 5/5 great. He listens and he genuinely does care - hard to find in our healthcare system plagued with compassion fatigue. He himself is compassionate, very smart, and methodical which I sincerely appreciate. I actually look forward to my appointments with him. As with any doctor, you have to work together to come to a conclusion. He didn’t rush me during our visit and this allowed me to be very open and honest with him, it allowed me to give him a detailed history, and he went ahead and took care of 3 major action items that got me answers on my health journey. I also appreciate that he stays up to date and in the know on modern advancements in the urological space, just check his twitter!The only reason I’m giving a 4 is because I do struggle to reach his office. I wish there was an easier / better way. I know they’re so busy.

Do not see this doctor if you are a woman! After many invasive tests and three visits that took about a year, he said he could not treat me. During my first visit, random male doctors/residents walked in and out of a room where I was sitting, alone, and totally exposed from the waist down. A very traumatic experience. I saw another urologist who ran the same tests, saw the same ulcers and diagnosed me with IC. I lived for 1.5 years in incredible pain because of this man. Please stay away from him. He is incredibly arrogant and discriminatory. I mean he reviewed himself on Google and gave himself 5 stars - what more do you need to know??

Good luck ever getting a hold of his office! Had an interstem installed about 4 years ago. Haven’t had any programming or office visits for over 2 years. Interstem causing pain for over a week. Been attempting to get a hold of his office for advice with no response. My family GP can’t even get ahold of them. Ridiculous patient care!

Dr. Elterman is the best of the best. Dr. Elterman is highly proficient at Green Light laser surgery and pretty well saved my life. He is also the greatest guy there is. He is highly skilled and can be trusted to do the best work possible. Dr. Elterman is definitely leading edge and we are very very fortunate to have him. I really admire Dr. Elterman's professional consciousness. His assistant is awesome too.
