It was the coldest day of the year, and I was dreading trying to find a plumber to fix my hot water tank which wouldn’t ignite. Being that it was a new self-igniting tank. I didn’t want to mess with it. Martin was able to show up within a couple hours and had it up and running in an hour and a half. Thank you so much for being prompt and thorough. I would request services with this company, hands-down.

Our zone valve in our living room began leaking at midnight after we hosted a Christmas party, and Martin was first guy to call us back and walk us through what to do until he could get out to us to fix it. It took him about twenty five minutes to replace the zone valve, all before the sun came up. Martin was professional and knowledgeable, courteous and kind. Obviously I wish we hadn’t had to call him — no one wants a water leak at midnight under their Christmas tree that soaks through the paper on all the wrapped presents! *sob* — but I’m so glad and grateful that he answered our call. Thank you, Martin!!
