I was at center mall and odered pancakes the lady at the counter didn't look to see what supplies to replenished so she tells me after my pancakes are finished that she has no more Syrup,isn't staff required to replenish supplies before the facility opens,I ate them cause I didn't want to waste food asI live 9n a strict budget but I won't going to that A&W ever again it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Always so good! Never have to wait more.than 5 minutes for fresh food, made well, staff is awesome, and like I said best fast food. Won't find a burger that good that quick anywhere else. Always coupons to online to get a really good deal

We all know what A & W food tastes like (good) and it never seems to change (good!). The service is quick these days - and friendly. It is always a little more expensive but I hope it never changes.

Dined at the mall for dinner this evening and ordered the Cheddar Bacon Uncle Burger with a small root beer ($14). The lady who took my order was kind and thorough enough to tell me it would be a 12 minute wait. Once the food was ready she called my name and thanked me for waiting. The burger was delicious and comparable to a restaurant-style burger. Highly recommend!

They are a trendsetter when it come to motivations of healthier food choices.A&W provides an App and Online Coupon redemption system to lessen the burden on your pocketbook. If you want your fast-food fresher, order items with a slight change so they need to cook it fresh.

Love the burgers but they have become so small loke when you order a teen it comes with bacon since when is 2 half slices of 1 long bacon count at 2 slices of bacon, but I love the burgers so much I'll never stop going ever, bit wish I could meet the guy on the TV he seems like someone I just want to say how much I appreciate the food, and shake his hand

Was buying a chicken sandwich kids meal for my granddaughter. It comes with pickles and mayo . I asked for no pickles but could I get a piece of lettuce on it ? They were charging me 40 cents for a piece of lettuce. She said if you add any vegetable that is the charge . Which is fine but I was leaving a vegetable off so could it just be substituted? The answer was no even though they weren't giving me a 40 cent credit for taking a vegetable off. The supervisor even came out from the back . I just asked couldn't a piece of lettuce be put on instead of pickles. She said no . I myself would have just substituted. I worked in a QSR for many years and would have just done it. I don't understand why these places can't make a decision outside of the box. Especially if it is a common sense request. Disappointed.

The food was delicious as usual. My Teen Burger was an on sale and I had sweet potato fries and a drink. I don't think I've ever been disappointed by the food at A&W.

Friendly counter staff member. Took the food order from my 8 year old son's order with professionalism and courtesy. However getting the order was VERY SLOW. Putting together a kids cheeseburger and fries shouldn't take ad long as it did. Work on expediting the kitchen and my rating will improve.
