I work for an established engineering company with offices in three different cities. NetworkShape built our network infrastructure with fully equipped racks in two of our locations and set a single phone system for us that covers all our offices. More than 150 office phones that work great. We can dial extension to extension or search for people across locations. NetworkShape is very proactive and response time to tickets is quick and reliable.

We are a larger organization that experienced explosive growth over the last 18 months tripling the number of employees requiring IT support to well over 300. In addition, there were 3 office moves involving hundreds of employees. Throw in an organization migration from Microsoft to Google Workspace and it's easy to understand how central Network Shape's support has been to the success of the organization. Would highly recommend them for small and medium size organization struggling with IT challenges.
