No compassion what so ever. Left to suffer for 3 days with two abcessed teeth. Won't even write a prescription for antibiotics prior to 3 day delayed appointment. Swollen Jaw = Infection. Dont need a consultation to tell I need antibiotics. Do you people even understand what emergency dental treatment" is?EDIT: In response to below.I've had dentists in the GTA prescribe anti-biotics and pain killers over the phone when there were delays on their part. So I know it can be done. I also know my own body

Useless dentist office. My daughter was told last appointment she needed her wisdom teeth out because they were growing in crooked. They made her another appointment for today only to tell her they couldn’t do it and she was going to be made an appointment out of town but you couldn’t figure this out last because nothing has changed. So now she has to wait even longer with the pain. What a joke of a dentist.

offered to shave my tooth down rather than write prescription for antibiotics, said nothing was wrong. I actually needed a root canal (dentist had informed me when back) and was just waiting for my dentist from another place to come back from holidays. Dentist was also very rude and rushed me out of the dental clinic when I had declined having my tooth shaved down.

Called at 8:15 am. Tooth fixed by 1:30pm. Dr. Moi did a great job. Soft spoken. Explained procedure.Would highly recommend.
