First Breath - First Aid and CPR
As we prepare for the arrival of our twin girls, my husband and I signed up for the Play It Safe Workshop. Because of the restrictions Elisa was very accommodating and was able to do an outdoor session. We learned about some common first aid scenarios, CPR, choking, drowning, how to handle a fever, etc. The course was very informative, relatable, hands on, and the instructor was very knowledgeable with any questions we had. After taking the course we definitely feel a bit more prepared and confident that we will know how to react in these situations if needed. I highly recommend this course for new parents, grandparents, babysitters, etc.

Elisa has been our CPR / First Aid trainer for years. She is friendly, makes it convenient for us (because we are a small Montessori school, so can’t do it during working hours) our teachers come away from the course with a good understanding to ensure we can keep our young students safe. We’re going to stick with Elisa for years to come.

Great workshop on CPR and first aid for parents and caregivers. Elisa is a great instructor super knowledgeable and very thorough. The content is relevant and useful for anyone caring for little ones. I now feel like I will be more confident and prepared if an emergency situation occurs in my home. Highly recommend for anyone caring for children!

Elisas cpr class is very thorough and covers so many areas, not just cpr. Elisa makes it very easy to understand through her examples and props. She is very patient and calm and takes her time to make sure everyone understands what she is teaching. I would recommend Elisa to any organization or to anyone in general as this is a very important training everyone should have. I plan on taking more classes with Elisa even as a refresher. Thank you Elisa!

I would very much recommend for anyone needing to take a cpr/safety course. The course went above and beyond what I was expecting and touched upon all topics in detail. Elisa was very knowledgeable, personable and a great teacher! I left feeling confident in what I had learned in case of an emergency.

I recently completed my CPR Basic Life Support Course, which is the HCP level for CPR/AED, with First Breath. Elisa is very professional, knowledgeable and has a lot of practical experience. She is well versed on the course material she presents, provided by the Lifesaving Society. She also has the more realistic adult and baby manikins to practice CPR on, which makes the process more enjoyable. I have completed numerous CPR courses over the years with different providers and I would highly recommend Elisa at First Breath.

This course was so insightful and really helped me to feel more confident and knowledgeable in first aid and cpr. Elissa did an excellent job going through each topic in thorough detail while also keeping the class interested and engaged. I would recommend this course for all parents, especially new parents who may feel nervous about things such as choking, child accidents and illnesses.

I have done first aid with Elisa from First Breath 3 times now and I would not go anywhere else. She is great at making everyone feel comfortable during the course and the test. She even accommodated some participants who needed assistance with completing the test. She is flexible in terms of location, allowing for easy booking. I would recommend this company every time! When my certificate needs renewal I will be in contact with First Breath for sure!

First Breath - First Aid and CPR
As a first time parent, I am so grateful for Elisa and the First Breath - First Aid and CPR workshop. Our group left feeling so much more confident given that we were able to practice life saving techniques hands-on with actual mannequins along with Elisa’s knowledge & assistance. She made sure she had all of our questions/concerns answered & more! From start to finish, Elisa was very patient, kind and fun to be with. She also provided real life scenarios to give more of an understanding of what kind of emergencies can really happen. I highly recommend the First Breath workshop!
