Moved into our new house to find some issue with the garage door and it ended up stuck open. We called a bunch of services that said they offered 24 hour emergency repair service. Only one of them actually answered and said they would come out. They were at our place in 20 minutes and had it fixed in no time. Super friendly and great service.

Garage doors wasn’t closing properly where the top panel was not sliding into the park el underneath properly. Figures out the wires on both sides of the door was tangled up on the spring rod above it. I removed the wires but the door still wouldn’t close properly. Notice one of the springs was broken also. Posted this on home stars and got contacted by them right away. Gave me a quote from the pictures I sent. He had the parts (both springs) and was able to come by within a couple of days to fix it within an hour. Both springs were replaced and my existing wires were put back on. Door works perfectly again and is very smooth.

Excellent service from Paul. The garage door was broken, and opener would sometimes fail to work. He installed the new opener and fixed the door, all in less than an hour. He explained how the new opener functions very clearly and was friendly. Highly recommended.
