I signed the Contract with Arnprior with credits and rebates included; Head Office in Quebec tried to force me to sign a contract with errors regarding payments, no credits or other bonuses, and a no court action clause. All different then want I agreed to and, AFTER I sent in all my deposits. Lorraine in Arnprior helped us work with head office. Hopefully all works out - very stressful!UPDATE: months and months later - no plans, no refunds - homeless family until this is sorted.Exterior pot lights and wiring installed by Bonneville contracted company as part of the button up purchased. Not wired together, only half of the house lights up. They installed the facia and soffit without connecting the two sides. Bonneville now states that it is not their responsibility to fix. Their company installed the wiring and the soffit without connecting the two sides?! I now have to hire a contractor to remove the soffit , run a wire through the cathedral rafter and reinstall the soffit. Extremely frustrating company to deal with, once you make payment you are an inconvenience to them.

Warning ⚠️ to anyone interested in proceeding with this builder. Lorraine was very nice she gave us a contact (Paul) to meet with to discuss building plans. After we signed the paperwork Paul stopped responded to phone calls and text messages. Then meeting with the designer Susan, left my husband and I feel concerned that our home would not be built on time as it took days to get a response back by email from her. We lost $67,000 and all we had was one zoom call and 2-3 emails with Susan.Bonneville VP Serge told us over the phone that we would receive a portion of our funds back. We received zero dollars. I’m disgusted at this company. Do you research before proceeding.

We had such an amazing, welcoming and informative interaction with the team here. We had quick and very responsive meetings, emails and information sessions! Lorraine and Debora are such amazing and kind individuals who really take the time to learn about our needs and helped us start building our dream! I would definitely recommend stopping in and talking with them if you are thinking about building! Such an amazing experience! We are 10 out of 10 happy!

UPDATED REVIEW NOV 2022 - Gave 2 stars - Today a director from Bonneville called me to discuss my review below. We had a nice talk and he listened to me and is going to now be my contact going forward. He is going to work with me to get us our house in a way that works for us.UPDATED REVIEW OCT 2022 - Gave 1 star - I DO NOT recommend Bonneville homes. As much as Lorraine was great, since signing the contract and dealing with the designer in Boleil, it's been a nightmare. Lack of communication, misleading information, NO information, delays and delays and delays and not telling us what is going on... we still have ZERO IDEA when we are getting our house. Do not purchase from Bonneville. We regret it.Original review - September 2021 - We decided to make an appointment with Lorraine in Arnprior to get more information about Bonneville homes. She was very helpful! She sat with us for over an hour and gave us all of the information we were looking for. When we went back to purchase our favourite, she got us a great price and saved us a TON of money! Thanks so much Lorraine! I highly recommend if you are considering a Bonneville home that you meet with her. She is honest, full of information and advice and very friendly.

We are so happy with our experience with the team! It was fast, easy and enjoyable being able to work with the wonderful Lorraine and Deborah, they pointed us in the right direction and had great advice! We are so excited to be able to build our dream house! I recommend stopping and learning about Bonneville! We are so very pleased with their kindness!

Had a wonderful experience with Lorraine at the Bonneville Arnprior office. She made my fiancé and I feel confident with our decision of choosing bonneville to build our home. She was honest and made the process easy and clear to understand. We are extremely excited for our new home and to be dealing with this amazing company.

My boyfriend and I went to Arnprior to visit Bonneville’s model homes and met with Lorraine to discuss our plans and she was absolutely wonderful! She took her time to go over every single detail with us, she was kind, patient, professional and fully transparent with us about the entire process, from choosing our home and what our options are. We left the office with all of our questions answered and smiles on our faces, Lorraine it was a pleasure meeting you and we look forward to doing business with you!

Lorraine is amazing as a young couple trying to find our first home not a lot of business took us seriously but she did. She definitely made this experience amazing with out her it wouldn't have gone as well as it did. She was very informative, approachable and understanding to our needs. A big thank you to her because of her in October we will have our new home.

My husband and I just signed the contract for a Bonneville home.We purchased the three bedroom micro nature from the Chalet series.We purchased this home through the Arnprior office and we dealt with Debbie the receptionist and Lorraine the sales agent.They were both personable and helpful and always answered my many phone calls and questions in a professional and fiendly manner.We have yet to set up our design appointment and are so excited to begin the next step towards our dream home.I recommend stopping by that office to see the homes and Debbie and Lorraine.

Making a large purchase was a difficult decision, however it was made much easier with the straight forward and transparent sales team at Bonneville's Arnprior location. Lorraine and Debora have been excellent all of the way through the entire process, expertly answering every question and being up front with all aspects of a home purchase. Bonneville has also been upfront with the constraints that are currently causing delays with the global supply chain, we understand that it is out of Bonneville's control and are very happy with the service that has been provided, as well as appreciate a personal call from the owner Danny. The design session with Roxanne in Montreal was excellent, lots of options and selection of finishing materials.Would recommend for sure.
