Great company to work with when it comes to finding a tenant. They have placed 3 different people in my unit and all 3 were great.Quick to answer calls and emails no matter the time of day. I would strongly recommend you give Homease a opportunity to lease your place.

Stay away, folks here seem pretty unprofessional. I had an in person viewing scheduled for a place in Toronto through Olivia where Nicolas, who was supposed to show me the place, didn’t even show up.Happy that I got to know how they work before leasing the through them.

I recently purchased an investment property with guidance and mentoring from Homease Property Management.They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and I could not be more pleased with the results. They were knowledgeable and informative, providing me with all the necessary information to make an informed decision. What is the point of having a phone number that does not work? What is the point of having an email when nobody responds? Absolutely ridiculous and it’s like pulling teeth trying to get an answer from ANYONE.

I’ve been a tenant with Homease for 2 years now, and I could not be happier with my experience! The process of renting was made very easy, Nick is always easy to get in contact with. When anything goes wrong, he is right there to get it fixed and ensuring that we have everything we need. I would highly recommend Homease to anyone that is looking for a place to rent :)!

Homease has been responsible for our building's management for several months and has so far let it deteriorate, ignored serious repair requests, and generally has had no interest in communication with the tenants who are badly in need of a competent property manager.This company is mainly in a holding pattern hoping to sell the building or the conditions get so bad that the building becomes delipidated enough that we move out. In the many properties I have rented or done business with, I have never met anyone so disinterested in doing the bare minimum of what is required.I believe the company has no more than two or three employees, some of whom have posted reviews of their own company above.If you see this company associated with real estate, either as a prospective renter or investor, I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere for your needs.

Wouldn't recommend them at all from a LL perspective. Dropped the ball on numerous fronts. They promise a bunch of things but can't deliver. No coordination for basic stuff within the company.

We scheduled an appointment to view one of their listings and they didn’t make it. Neither did they respond to our calls. I usually don’t give negative reviews, but I went with my pregnant wife and didn’t like that they were irresponsible.

Nicolas is very responsive and quick to help resolve any problems tenants may be experiencing. He has even answered emergency calls at 10/11pm, and promptly started the process of fixing them.
