Grandpa's Antique Photo Studio
Photos are cute but photo staff are rude and unfriendly! We had Charlotte and Jessica taking photos of our kids and they were rolling their eyes and getting frustrated with the kids, even telling a 3 year old he was shooting himself when he turned the pistol around. For the price point, you expect a fun experience. It is not that! Completely stressful. Front desk lady was super patient and friendly though! Hopefully others have a better experience than we did!

My 3 stars are somewhat meaningless, because we chose not to get photos after seeing the prices. The studio looked super cool and we would have liked to go ahead with them, however, it isn’t an affordable option for us.Just so nobody else wastes their time because the prices are not posted, for two people and a dog, it is minimum $90 + tax for maximum two hard copies, and an additional $200 if you want the digital images. There is no option for just digital images.

We had a lot of fun chosing our theme and posing. I'm not sure if the air conditioning was broken that day, because it was extremely warm inside. It kind of took away from the experience, and could be seen in a lot of the photos. You also need to be understanding of individuals that are on the heavier side. Some of the costumes are not that flattering, and not much was done in the way of making a few in our group feel comfortable. We were expecting to pay a lot, but were disappointed that you charge an additional $200 for the digital copies of the pictures.Overall, I think everyone should add this to their Things to do in P E.I"!"

They made us wait 2 hours and even called a bunch of people on the waiting list that cane after us.....I waited so long I had to leave! Never got my photoshoot and totally ruined my mood for the day. Even made me cry from frustration. We were just 2 people, who waited patiently wuthout complaining and they let groups of 8 or more that came after us pass before us.....

Staff extremely friendly! Very happy experience for my daughter and I. Got back home today from a wonderful week-end in PEI and this was the highlight and our 8x10 hangs on our wall already. Thank you! Well worth it!

Quality photos, lots of selection. Small waiting area with lack of flow or apparent organization upon entering. No one explained us to the process of selecting period era for our photos and to write names on waiting list up front. Long long waits during tourist season. Took us 2.5-3hrs to get through. Not worth ruining your day during a short holiday but a great souvenir to take home as well.

Out of the blue my friend suggested to stop at Grandpa's Photo and get some funny images done. So we did! Staff was super friendly, very knowledgeable and took a bunch of photos, where you could choose from, depending on the package you decide on. So many different props and themes, outfits accordingly and many to choose from. The results were amazing and we had an awesome experience.

So much fun! There was a bit of a wait as they warned us they were short staffed. From getting dressed to recieving photos the experience went quite quickly.The staff were professional and courteous.Photos were nicely framed and look great. Lots of shots to choose from. With both a physically disabled and another mentally disabled patron we give this two thumbs up for being handicapped friendly and inclusive!

Went when my husband and I first started dating & went again with our two kids 13 years later.Can't wait to get back and do it again.Such a great keepsake!!!
