True Hamiltonian

Ordered some gear from True Hamiltonian to give for gifts for some family members. I've seen the tshirts/sweaters around a lot and have heard good things about True Hamiltonian. I'm sure it's a great local business and I'm sure the owner is a great individual but the quality of the gear is absolute appalling.The sweater feels cheap, has an awkward shape, the stitching is already coming loose, and the screen-printing on the front was peeling as I took it out of the package.It's basically a screen-printed Gildan ($13) sweater that I could have done myself at a local screen-printing business for a lot less money. For $50 I expected at least Champion quality.Thankfully, the gear isn't for me, otherwise I'd be returning it. Unfortunately, I won't be buying anything from here again nor would I recommend it as a place to buy quality, local goods.

New location in Jackson Square has a much larger and varried selection. Great service and reasonably priced. My favorite store to buy apperal that expresses my admiration for the city of Hamilton, hats, shirts, jackets and more..Hamilton is home stop in and show your pride in your city!

True Hamiltonian is a great local business that celebrate the greatness of Hamilton. In terms of my order, I do love that they have products to showcase Hamilton's multiculturalism. The shirts I ordered were decent, at a great price. However, there were some minor hiccups with shipping and delivery, but the store handled my concerns in a timely manner. Also, like that Max personal address customer inquiries.

The fashion is nothing amazing, however it's the Quality and message that counts!!! Too bad the parking in and around the area isn't free.

Ordered a shirt 3 weeks ago. Never showed up. After a couple emails finally got a response and said refund would be issued. That was last Thursday and no refund or response since. I’m not shocked. At this point they can keep the money. Don’t waste your time!

Ordered a shirt over a month ago. Two weeks go by and I email them to ask about it - they tell me they don't have it in stock. I asked for a refund, which they said they would do. Two weeks have gone by with no refund and they've since ghosted me. It's a shame.Edit: They have issued me a refund after another email and posting this review

Great products and reasonable prices. However, the google listings need to be updated as both the Limeridge and Ottawa St. locations still say they are open. Not fun using your lunch hour driving around to find out they are both closed

Great products and customer service. Items are not price overly inflated like other shops.

Slow delivery, poor customer service

Absolutely blown away by the customer service I received. I ordered gifts for Christmas it said delivered the package must have been lost or stolen from my porch. We are in the middle of a horrible winter storm yesterday and someone from there had personally dropped off my order so I would have the gift in time for Christmas! Amazing service they totally went out of their way to get this to me in time. So impressed and will definitely be buying from them again!Thanks a million
