I have been dealing with Kerber Floors for 10 years now and I have found them to always be extremely helpful, friendly, and willing to listen to any concerns I may have. They have a wide range of products and their prices are reasonable, but it is their customer service that has me continually coming back year after year.

My landlord, who is my relative, had floors installed with Kerber Flooring January of 2021. And we've had nothing but issues within the first month of installation until current date. After numerous repairs due to planks gapping and lifting it is still an ongoing issue. My landlord has tried to communicate and has now had no response as to when they can come fix the floor again. Would not recommend using this company. They used what I believe is a very flawed product or had contractors install that messed up with there installation process. I need safe floors for my family and the issues have now became a hazard. Still hoping for a response or call to my relative so this issue can be resolved.
