Ian has been my mortgage broker almost a decade and has helped us secure financing for two homes in very different markets and timing. All throughout he has gone out of his way to get us the best rates available, given great advice and explanations, worked with lenders to clear up issues, and was proactive to help us stay ahead and lock in before the rates changed. Ian is the cream of the crop when it comes to a Mortgage Broker. He makes the process of being able to purchase a home look effortless! Ian was incredibly helpful during our mortgage process and purchase of new home. He was responsive, answered questions clearly, and worked in close contact with our financial planner and realtor. Ian has been amazing. I cannot recommend him enough. He has been with me every step of the way. He has had no problems answering my millions of newbie questions and he has constantly taken time out of his day to call me and to explain things to me.
