From the front desk to the installation of my flooring and backsplash they were excellent. They answered my questions gave great advice , all were professional. I am very pleased with the products and the results. Thank you for a great job.

Not impressed. The men were rude and short with me. when asked how long the were going to be I was told we are done when we are done. Pregnant and with a kid in tow off I went with no clue as to how long I needed to be out of my home. There is a stip of nails runing the entire legnth of my living room that was poking our feet. When I called to see what they would do to fix it I was told to take a hammer and bang them down...WOW

I had my bathroom shower tiled by the most amazing accommodating gentleman. He has laid tile for several years and did a beautiful job. Worked long hours and the weekend to finish my job. He even did a few extras and told me that they were his birthday gift to me. I would highly recommend them!

I needed some holes cut in some tile and they did an awesome job for a very reasonable price! Very professional and friendly. I'll definitely be going here for all my future flooring needs.

A Bunch of LIARS! I ordered 2 types of vinyl for my mainfloor and was told it would arrive in 3 weeks. After not hearing from them, I called to inquire and was told my product was delayed due to shipping but would be in shortly. The next week I called again, the first person could not find my file, however the next one assured me my order had been placed and he could see on the copmputer it was in transit. I proceeded to get the same response every week until week seven when I finally demanded to speak to Dean who had done my measurements as I wanted to know what was going on. He then admitted my flooring order had never even been placed! They had been lying to me, now it was on back order and they were unsure of when they can get it in. Needless to say I went elsewhere and they delivered my vinyl plank to me in three days for $0.25 ft less. My advice shop - avoid this place."

I just had new hardwood floors put into my home. These guys were great. Super friendly and knowledgable. I didnt feel intimidated walking in there. They kept me informed during the whole process and their prices are the best I've seen in the city. They did such a great job, my new floors look amazing!! I couldnt be happier, check these guys out.
