He did not leave me standing to wait in line for the check in. He immediately attended and checked me in. We stayed here for 30 days and it was great! The pool is very nice and the fitness room is very nice as well. I would have given 5 stars but the room cleaning the first two times wasn’t great (we got them to clean once a week). The room also smelled a bit like pets (I had a candle though so it covered that) The last clean was very good though. Overall I would 100% stay here again and will look for sandman hotels in the future.

We love this hotel! It’s modern, clean, and cozy. The chop restaurant on site is awesome as well! Staff are friendly and we’ve always had a great experience when we stay! :)

Me and my family had stayed here for a dance competition in May, and I was very excited to come to this hotel as it was being built at the time we were last in Sherwood. Though, I'm very disappointed to say this was a mediocre stay. The only highlight of this hotel for me was the aesthetics and the spacious layout. When my mother had originally booked, there were difficulties on the phone and even when we came there was an issue with getting our room. The lady at the front desk had troubles with signing us in so she had to grab another worker from the back to help us, who was thankfully efficient. When we got to our room I immediately noticed some things that weren't very convenient. One was the shower head being directly under the drain in the shower, making it uncomfortable to stand on. Another was the awkward table near the window, which doesn't really need to be there. I could hardly reach my bed without squeezing between it. There was a questionable hole in the wall near the window bed and at about 6:00 in the morning, there was a sound of a pipe rattling above our roof. (Perhaps the result of someone showering early) However it was very annoying and woke my whole family up. Not to mention breakfast isn't even free considering the amount we paid for the room. In conclusion, do not set your bar very high for this hotel.

I travel for work and stay in hotels about 150 days a year this particular hotel. I’ve always had a great experience, friendly staff. The rooms are always clean the type of rooms to select. Here are excellent. They are shopping and lots of restaurants close by Chop steak house attached. This restaurant has always been excellent and location to major roads to get around in Edmonton area is also good I would highly recommend this and I’ve always been happy. I’ve probably stayed here 20 days so Far.

Great Hotel to stay at. The rooms are large, clean and very up to date. Fresh linens and exceptionally well laid out for the travelling business person or a family. The on site restaurant The Chop" is perfect for breakfast

Great hotel. Super clean great service. Asked at the front desk for a room with a bigger bathroom and they upgraded us to a suite for no charge. What a nice perk. We have stayed here many times will definitely come back.

My family and I enjoyed our short stay in this hotel which I now call my second home because we felt attended to, and it's value for money.
