My wife and I were driving around Nova Scotia and spent some time visiting friends just outside of Halifax. One of the 2 clips holding the CPAP mask to my face had disappeared so we paid a visit to this Medigas to see about a replacement. I have had a very long and happy relationship with Medigas in our home town (Ottawa).Although this type of part is not usually a thing they would stock, they helped me nevertheless by taking one off of their display unit to help this out of town stranger out of a jam.Thanks guys. VERY much appreciated!Oh, and no charge.

Getting my first cpap supplies was daunting, but the lovely folks at this place made it a painless process!! The very kind woman with the pink hair was awesome, she was really knowledgable about the insurance part and made sure my claim went through with no issues. I was totally intimidated before I used any of this equipment, and now I am sleeping sooo much better. I felt really cared for at Medigas, and would recommend this place if you are in need.

Super disappointed in the “professionalism” of this business(?). I’ve called once a week for the last month looking for an update on my report and they haven’t returned my calls and say they’re “looking into it”.I have a feeling they’ve likely lost it (due to lack of process) and don’t want to tell me. I’ll be letting my general physician know not to recommend Medigas to her patients in the future.Mainly, don’t waste your time & money busing or taxing out to their middle of nowhere location.
