Had a windshield repair. A year later which I did not sign up for was a auto renewal of the plan. $47 so when I received a email I changed the settings in account to stop auto renewal. I replied to the email and said I do not want auto renewal as I don’t want the service. Three days later I received a reply stating the request for auto renewal cancellation was update and it was complete. Five weeks later they charged my credit card for the $47. Now I have to go through visa to reverse the charge and block them from the account. I do not recommend this service they are obviously crooks. Be aware.

After cruising around the city for half the day finding all the branches closed I am very dissatisfied with this business and this business plan I will be cancelling my subscription and I suggest everyone else do the same. This business is a joke

This is such a convenient location, dropped the truck and it was done by the time I was done my shopping!I have plans on multiple vehicles and it has saved me replacing windshields on multiple occasions. The windshield treatment also improves visibility during bad weather.

The tech on location 137Ave opposite to SuperStore sold the contract for false commitments, free second vehicle repair and discounted windshield replacement. However, at the time of need Deco refuse to replace the windshield and also asked for more money to add the 2nd vehicle for repairRead and understand don’t fall for fancy words
