Terrible,...No phone Number. I literally can not get a hold of them to get my package, neither can DHL. DHL uses this company and they don't even have their phone number. They only tried dropping off my once, and they did not follow DHL's instructions. On a previous shipment I went to get my parcel, the front door was propped open. I walked inside and tried called out to see if anyone was around. I could see packages in the building...know one around. I started driving away and someone pulled up to the building, I guess they went for lunch. Building unlocked, packages in the building......

If I could leave a negative star option, I absolutely would. Had a company contract Delivery Force for parcel pickup, had a set pickup window, they came early , didn’t knock, didn’t call, didn’t do anything other than leave a sticky note saying they missed us. Booked for the following day, again the same thing. They showed up a few hours earlier than the scheduled pickup window. Switched to UPS and had zero issues. Delivery Force is an absolute joke and I wouldn’t have them pickup or ship garbage, as they would mess that up. If you need to ship anything, for the love of god, use ANYONE else.

Great customer service of this company and moreover, drivers are very helpful all the times when I had my package coming from DHL.They try call customers from their personal cell phone if just in case you are not home and try their best to deliver your shipment on the committed date/time.Very happy from their best service in this area.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Google says they are open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., there sign says open from 1 to 4 p.m. and then an 8.5 X 11 laminated sign on their door says open from 2:30 to 4 p.m.. Makes it almost impossible to get a right answer and any sort of service. Guy on the phone (had to call 15 times for the phone to be answered) was very rude and offered no help.

Absolutely terrible service! Tried shipping my package back as the delivery driver did not know where my address was??? Seriously... Also have to use them for business occasionally (unfortunately) very hard to understand and get a hold of. And good luck if you have to pick up a package as no one is ever there... DHL Better get their heads out of there A$$es and find a better courier company

Should be called Delivery Farce, the employees outright lied to me about not only the status of my delivery, but also the fact that they do not even have a facility in Brandon MB! I would rate them lower if only it was permitted. This is a case for the Better Business Bureau to investigate.

Worst delivery service EVER! A 12yr old on a bike could do a better job than these jokers. They throw packages, the drivers literally RUN away when you try to ask questions, I have never once recieved any sort of phone call and the customer service is non existant. They dont check what they are delivering and have multiple times forgotten pieces of deliveries then claim they dont exist.I have personally wrote to DHL and informed them of this absolute atrociously horrible service.Close your doors.
