Fantastic products and great staff! I recently purchased gift baskets for a number of clients and received rave reviews.

Terrible experience. Sent flowers, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to family in the West Coast and the presentation was horrific; the strawberries were moldy, the flowers were dead and it came with beer glasses instead of champagne flutes (as originally advertised). After emailing customer service (they don't answer their phone), I was told that a refund ($200+) would not be allowed because they advise against shipping perishable items unless willing to pay/upgrade for the fastest shipping method". Basket companies that offer these types of services usually coordinate with someone on the other end when shipping perishable items (food
