I live in Brampton. But everytime I have to get glasses or contacts, I would drive all the way to Pac Mall to shop there. Great customer service from Mingie the optometrist.

I read the good reviews before I went there but I must said I am very very very disappointed with their service and will not recommend anyone with progressive lenses as they don’t know how to do the job.They give me excuses like I don’t know how to wear them and my degree has gone up so it can’t be done after I paid $680.00 for them. , I told them I had problems before but my last pair was make in Asia and I was very happy with it and the reason I need a new one is my degree has gone up. This is my third pair so don’t tell me I don’t know how to wear them!!!So I am stuck with a pair of glasses that I can wear when I am driving and have to wear my old pair for work!!! So if u need progressive lenses do not go there u will waste your money. They said they will fix it but when I went there they give all kinds of excuses.

I have been to this place for my glasses and contact lenses for many times, and recently I decided to switch to a different location (have not found one yet).The staff are, generally speaking, very nice. Except one guy (a bit chubby, I only seen him once back in 2018 or earlier), he was super inpatient and rude.However, all of the staff including the owner need to be more efficient when dealing with multiple customers in store.They cannot manage their time properly when there are more than 2 customers. The staff constantly have to leave one customer halfway done and try to serve another at the same time.This is causing chaos and overlapping hence extra average waiting time: you will constantly have to wait for them to take care customers that enter the store after you while they are with you. This whole thing upsets me a lot.

This was my first time to order contact lenses from here. The owner, Mr Lai was very friendly and helpful. He was very patient and knowledgeable to answer all my questions. My overall experience was great. The shop carried a lot of inventory for contact lenses. It definitely save me a lot of time from waiting for my order. I got the contact lenses that I need right away and the process was really smooth. I will definitely continue to order my contact lenses from here.
