I got Magnetic window inserts installed twice at various places at my place and it was GREAT! The measurement and Installation were nice and quick. Martin and Alfredo were awesome to deal with.My place is roadside facing with busy traffic and big construction trucks fly by sometimes.These inserts are really good at masking out the usual traffic flow noise. However, its not going to be silencing a more Bassy noise (an ok amount of reduction from my personal experience), like the diesel trucks grunting and Harley's passing by.In addition, I do recommend putting all windows within a room with inserts to make sure the effect is maximized, as I have 2 regular rectangle windows and 1 round window, the true noise reduction comes in when the round window is finally sealed with the insert.Overall, if you have a noise problem, this can help for sure.

I live with my backyard facing a busy main road (in Mississauga for reference) - 2 bedrooms face this road. I noticed that because of the traffic noise it was affecting my toddler's sleep, waking up frequently during the night, especially on weekends. Never heard of magnetite or any of their products before. I stumbled upon them while looking for sound proofing solutions - that would not require replacing your existing windows. When I found Magnetite, I watched a couple Youtube videos and read a few reviews - I was pleased at what I was seeing and/or reading. But how good could it really be? After getting the inserts installed, my toddler has been sleeping much better - which in turn means my wife and I are sleeping much better to! I am extremely pleased with the product and would recommend it to anyone.Special thanks to Alfredo and his team, hope to do business with you all again!

Great product and great service. After a concussion, my sensitivity to noise increased and the sound of traffic bothered me in my home office and my bedroom. Magnetite has made a huge difference and I can now barely hear any street noise at all! Alfredo was prompt, courteous, helpful and the install was a breeze. Thank you Magnetite! I can sleep and work in peace now. Highly recommend this product. Looks great too.

I live in a semi-detached on St. Clair W and one of our 3rd level rooms which face St. Clair was very loud. We had new triple glazed, argon filled windows installed for the entire house years back. Unfortunately that didn't help so much as it was still difficult to sleep in that room.I called Magnetite for a quote for the 3 vertical windows in this room. Alfredo was a pleasure to deal with. I provided him rough measurements and he provided a quote. Yes, the panels are not cheap and you are not sure what results you will get, but we had no other solution.Martin came to do measurements and demonstrated the product. He is a kind gentleman and very professional. 2 weeks late the panels were ready and install timing was quick. I was really excited to see if this would help us as my mother-in-law was sleeping in this room for several weeks and some nights she had difficulty sleeping due to trucks idling early in the morning. Not only do the panels look good, BUT THEY MADE A HHHUUUGGGEEE difference in our case. Before, putting my ear near the triple glazed window I knew the noise was vibrating through the glass and I believe that is the key to how the acrylic works so well, it's not rigid glass and absorbs sound much better, as well as having that significant gap between glass and panel (4-5in). Panels look great and my wife immediately noticed the difference as well. Now this room will become a bedroom for my 9yo and I think she will be able to sleep soundly now as the noise is cut out by I would guess 70%. What an amazing experience.Thank You Alfredo and Martin, Top class gentleman and worth every penny!

Great product and great service. The product makes a huge impact in terms of sound proofing and thermal insulation in our condo apartment. The design is clean and modern. Looks great! Al and his team are incredibly professional and responsive. The work was completed on time and on budget. Martin did a fantastic job….the installation was thorough, clean and professional. We just had Magnetite window inserts installed to reduce the noise we get inside the house. They work great! The noise is significantly reduced. They look good inside the house. Initially we were worried about how difficult it would be to take them off when we wanted to open the windows, but that is not a problem at all. Alfredo was very helpful in handling our order and installation.

I moved into a rented apartment with extremely old windows that let in drafts and loud noises from the busy street and bus stop immediately below. Sound proofing my windows as fast as possible and in budget was high priority, and Magnetite delivered exactly that! Alfredo was quick and accurate in his response to my initial inquiry and follow up questions, and easily accommodated my concerns. Within 7 business days of inquiring, I had 4 sound-absorbing, acrylic window inserts installed with a greatly noticeable difference - the traffic noise is now a whisper compared to what it was before! Martin was communicative and reliable during assessment and installation, and even went above and beyond to point out other drafty spots in my windows that were letting in sound and helped me to seal them for the best results. I can’t recommend Magnetite enough for how much they helped my new / old apartment feel peaceful. If you’re looking to greatly reduce traffic noise coming through your windows - this is the company to help you do it.

We just had the magnetic window inserts installed yesterday by Martin and we’re really happy with both the installation and product. We’re on a corner lot by a busy road and noticed the traffic noise reduction immediately after it was installed. I was originally skeptical about the effectiveness but am now happy that we did this. Their noise cancelling windows really work! We live next to construction of 32 storey building... we got their window for nursery and it made a huge difference! Very nice and quick service too! Its expensive endevour but totally worth it!

I used Magnetite for the installation of an additional window pane in my condo office for noise blockage, which is a corner facing loud construction. Alfredo came a took measurements, and then completed the installation professionally and quickly. So far the noise blocked is great!! The construction seems to be at a bit of a lull, but I cannot hear most outside noise. I am confident that it will continue to do the trick as things pick back up and will update. My configuration required a wall of windows over a sliding door to my balcony and large windows on a second wall. Alfredo was able to install in panels, one of which can be removed if access to the patio is needed. They look great!! Thank you!
