If I could leave a zero star I would THE WORST place for customer service, nobody offers to help struggling customers. The best they can do is stare at you like you are an alien. Call to let the owner know and all I got was “nothing I can do” will not be doing business with this store again. Nobody greets you, offers to help, or none of staff know where anything is in the store. Save your money and go to Belleville Rona instead where you are treated properly

worst hardware store i’ve even been in. products and prices did not match the website & the yard staff seemed to be day drinking as they did not have the ability to safely strap down a load.

Slow to get items for curbside pickup. Inventory doesn't seem accurate. And nobody has bothered to take the time to update business hours on Tina's website or Google. At least they had a sign on the store to say they closed Saturday/Sunday. I would have never know had I not driven in to town.

Older gentleman at sales desk was polite and very helpful. Took my order and even went and got my leg bolts. The cashier was also extremely courteous. The yard staff loaded my 6x6 without complaint as I was unable to help. Thanks for the excellent service.

Very inconsistent in the way they treat you, sometimes they are very helpful other times it's like you are bothering them and like they are doing you a favour. The owner is very pleasant, his son not so much.
