Amazing food! Unfortunately the lady at the front could be nicer.. often yells at the kitchen staff, passive aggressive to customers. Kinda entertaining if you can look past it. I keep going back because the food is great, unlike any restaurant in Winnipeg…

We were shown a take out menu and proceeded to place our order and paid. THEN we were informed that the price that we saw on the menu were from the old" menu that they hadn't gotten around to getting "new" ones and they could do "nothing" about it. I asked why are they handing out old menu's rather than printing up new ones with current and accurate pricing as it is just a sheet of paper anyway

Great food and great people. The lady at the counter who took my payment was very personable, the food was excellent and the portion was huge. Great value. Will be back!

Food used to be excellent. While the food is still pretty good, It's gone downhill. The patties are store bought, rice tastes like it's been reheated and the chicken roti is a bit salty.I'd give the food a 3/5 stars. The bigger problem is the disrespect to customers, and employees from the owners. I Can clearly hear the chef yelling and swearing at the employees from the front. The lady in the front was very rude and would gossip about employees to customers, and the bathrooms are a nightmare. Atmosphere of the restaurant is a 1/5 and customer service is a 2/5 for me.(I did use to work here a few years back and left because of the abuse. I would recommend against going to this restaurant. It is not safe for kids, chef is abusive to his employees and the lady in the front is very rude to customers).

I had the half chicken and beef roti. The food was very good. The beef was very tender and full of flavor. The lady taking the order was very nice.

The woman working there is an absolute nightmare. We used to bring that place SO MUCH business, but now my coworkers and I argue about who has to go in to pay which inevitably ends in us not going. Yes, she is that horrible.Example: raised their prices without any updates to their menu. Buddy goes to pay. We had included a tip on a pickup order. Not knowing the prices had gone up, the total basically ate the tip. She got all snarky when handed the money. What

The salad is fantastic - bright with lots of interesting fruits. The food is warm and rich, but the service is often slow. The server will definitely try to talk you into ordering more food/drinks than you intended to.
