Horrible experience! They were unable to accommodate my orange allergy (first time in 12 years I have had an issue). Apparently the cook doesn’t know how to wash his/her knives (cuts everything with the same knife) or wash hos cutting board. We let the waitress know that we were leaving and we’re then charged $5.99 for 2 coffees that we didn’t even drink!!!! Horrible and worst service I have ever experienced! Would not recommend this place to anyone who has food allergies or sensitivities!

This place is terrible,The servers are nice and the food is ok, but the owner is terrible. He saw my friend with his hood on for half a minute, then he came rudely and dipped his hand in my coffee and burned his hand, he grabbed our drinks and told us to get out, no warning or anything like that.

Had to provide proof of double vaxx, which is fine. Came here with my wife and her brother. We were in the area and were hungry. It was kinda cold-ish on Nov 06, 2021. So I had my hoodie covering my head, which I was informed, that they don't like hoods on customers. Other than that service was good. I ordered the grilled chicken sammich plate, wife ordered teriyaki chicken and veggies and my bro n law order the fish n chips (cod). The teriyaki chicken and veggies was so-so, the sauce was really salty and didn't really taste like actual teriyaki sauce. No complains about the fish n chips. The grilled chicken sandwich wasn't really seasoned. The meal was enjoyable for the most part. It's not easy to find places that offer a grilled chicken sammich on whole wheat bread. So likely to come back.Service : 4/5Food : 3/5Return visit : likely yes.

Perfect little family restaurant. My wife and I come every other week for breakfast. Faster than anywhere else in town, but most of all consistent. We've been turned off one by one by other breakfast places in town. Never let down by Horizon.Don't be fooled by the negative reviews. It was review-bombed by people with manufactured outrage.Best breakfast place for my dollar.

Pretty good food. Was there when the owner kicked a group of teenage boys out because one put his hood up. I know it says no hoodies on the door, but come on. The poor waitress had to be the one to calm the dining room. She handled it very well. I will not be going back here. I always wear my hood up. I wonder if it was me who put my hood up if he'd kick me and my family out.
