Very disappointed with their poor customer service. I'm never one to write a bad review about a business, but I ordered a $200 arrangement from them and when I expressed my disappointment in the value. I was told someone would assess the situation and get back to me. I was told this, by 3 different reps, one who was really rude, over 2 months trying to get a solution, but no one even called me back.. So disappointing, as they used to have great service.

I had a beautiful arrangement done which had to be changed at the last moment and prepared 2 days earlier than I initially ordered because of the stay-at-home order which was coming into effect. The team came through and created something so pretty and I loved it!

This week Alma created the most stunning funeral tribute for my Mother. My Mom loved flowers and the team at Alma created exceptional arrangements from my family, as well as our many friends and colleagues. There were several arrangements sent by other florists and they paled in comparison. I wanted creative, original arrangements to reflect my Mom's personality and they completely exceeded my expectations. We received incredible comments from everyone who visited and attended the funeral. Even the funeral director had never seen anything like it. My Mom would have loved it! Thank you to the whole team at Alma/4165 Flower for accomplishing this during your very busy Valentine's week!

Also, we have been getting our Xmas tree from Sweetpea's the last few years. They are always helpful and friendly. Good quality.

I've always had great customer service and the staff is very knowledgeable about the flowers and plants they sell.I ordered flowers for my mother in law and she loved the arrangement she received. It was delivered to her by a very friendly and helpful delivery man who even set the arrangement on the table for her since she has a walker.I was very pleased with the service I received. I have received flowers from a few different places as gifts and the flowers I received from 4165Flower are by far the most stunning. There is no comparison in the quality! I received Valentines Day roses yesterday and they are gorgeous.Also, ordering flowers from them is easy and stress free. I just wanted to take a second to thank the florist.You were supportive in helping me as I was seeking flowers that I was thinking about for my mom's funeral this past Saturday.I found you communicative.When we went to pickup our order your shop, as I recall, was well kept, clean, nice displays.Our order was ready for pickup on time as we walked to the counter and we were in and out with the exception of looking at your display.The flowers and arrangement themselves were *beautiful*!You voiced that you were perhaps a bit concerned how small they may look. It was just right.I am very appreciative.
