Brian was truly an incredible person to work with. His knowledge of the market, ability to negotiate and simply stay on top of things are impressive. He was with me from day one. Unfortunately for me at one point I was dealing with a tenant who didn't wish to move and was being extremely difficult as I bought to move in to. He took over and worked things out to get that tenant to move and unfortunately she left the place in a filthy state. Brian without hesitation took it upon himself and took care of that. He got rid of Furniture that was not removed from the place, brought in professional cleaners and the list goes on and on. I can't thank him enough for going above and beyond to make me happy and without me having to ask for it. I purchased a pre-sale with Brian back in 2018 which started my journey into owning my first home. Although I was green, Brian was able to thoroughly explain all the steps that would need to be taken in order to engage in a pre-sale. What would normally be a rather hectic experience became a well-guided and valuable one. Prior the date of the pre-sale, Brian made sure we were one of the first people in line and I had a bank draft ready to go. Once we were through the doors, Brian immediately checked out the floorplans and identified which units had the most usable square footage. While it seemed like others were scrambling, Brian had a clear goal in mind and made sure to keep me involved and aware throughout the entire process. In the end, Brian found me the perfect property for my situation at the time and as of this week, I can happily say I am the owner of one of the best units in my building.

Not is only Brian a great friend but also an amazing realtor. When me and my wife started looking for our first home together, Brian had a meeting with us and went over everything in such great detail such as the new mortgages requirements to where the best resale value would be. My wife does have some particular tastes and he made sure to answer every question that she had and he took notes on everything that she wanted in our first home.
