Sharin my experience working with Procom, I have been contacted for one of the contract opportunities in the field of cyber security. Things are very prompt and responsive before we submit the application to the client.I can understand it totally depend on the customer response and the time taken by the customer to respond with the results, but I think that is the reason we chose agencies in between to present candidate on their behalf. It's Agencies responsibilities to get the response form the customer and update the candidate whatever the response is.I was working with the Nevena Cica " on the submission. and chasing the agent last two weeks for updates. The answer I received was "they didn't receive anything from client so they must have hired someone else".I think we are professionals

Note: Beware of the recruiter name Alcia Rodriguez and Piyush.This Procom location is full of worse recruiters...they hired irresponsible people who just waste your time. They contact you for the job but later they don't even know about the job hours or details.I got interviewed twice for sobeys for bilingual position and Alcia said it's 40 hours but then piyush her account manager said it's 20 hours...funny....their recruiters even doesn't have information now she just asked for interview time slot and i fix the date n time but nobody contacted yet n on email or phone no reply.They are irresponsible people. never trust on Procom.ALL below reviews are fake n made by their own people.

I was interviewed and hired. They did my background check and sent me the contact papers to sign. After that, I was given a date to start with RBC. Suddenly, they cancelled my contract just 2 days before I was supposed to start. They didn’t even give me a reason why my contract was cancelled.Procom is so unprofessional and lacks of communication skills.

Procom has been a dream to work with. I have had many roles in different companies in my career and the onboarding process and human resources available with Procom has been top notch. Proof of this is I no longer feel like a brand new colleague and am oriented to the company already.

Working with Procom was smooth, with no confusion and no duplicate information, to and for calls. Easy to connect to the person who was assigned to me. For payroll dashboard was given and I can see my payment and vacation accrued.No confusion about anything. If needed I could talk to my assigned person.

Fernanda Trevizan went above the call of duty on my boarding as contractor and helped me with kindness, courtesy and patience. All my questions are answered after getting on board with same excellent communications.

I am happy with each and every process of procom. Shreya was very efficient with her work during the onboarding process and throughout my term. She literally helped me with minor and silly questions. Amber also helped me with resolving timesheet problems. Best thing i liked about procom was each and every issue was resolved within 24 hours and thats rare to see. I am glad to be part of Procom.
