They did a great job installing new windows for me. I was extremely happy with the professional way they carried themselves and how many of the little things they did . They were super clean and cleaned up after every little mess. My two year old was home and they were super nice about working around him. Amazing crew with great customer focus ,and would highly recommend this company to anyone. Fantastic finished product and a great experience from meeting the crew that did the work. Honestly nice guys!!

What a scary experience, the man came to inspect the cheap windows that were missing frames and were held by two inch screws and were not up to code. I let the man know and showed him their shady work, and provided him with proof of my old windows that they supposed to provide, replace it, and install it and he immediately started to yell at me. He said that screws were no big deal and that the windows were fine despite of being exposed to at least 5 inches of bare concrete because the frame was missing. The man started to get enraged because I said that this is not right and I supposed to be provided with the exactly same 3 windows and installed up to code as I had before, then the man raised his hand and started to yell more that there is nothing wrong with the windows, installation, and nothing was missing and it's in my head. I immediately told the man to leave my house and he started to belittle me and tried to intimidate me with his size, so I said louder so my neighbors could hear for him to leave my property at once and he yelled more belittling me and calling me names. Ladies for your protection, please have someone with you in the house before letting anyone from Security Glass Ltd in. I have proof of his behavior as I told him that I am recording him as he is on my property and has a very threatening demeanor towards me and is making me afraid. I also have proof of the shady job they did and took advantage of me by providing half of a item and installation was not even done because the windows were held by the 2 inches crews. Very unprofessional and rude.

Terrible customer service. Called them to get a quote on a piece of tempered glass and they asked me to send an email instead of taking the information on the spot. Sent the email and then I got a reply asking to convert the length units because they could not convert from milimiters to inches. Cherry on the top: misspelling name in their reply.

I dealt with Mitch. I can’t express how amazing this experience was. Security Glass was about $50 cheaper than competitors for one window to be replaced that had cracked. Mitch was great to deal with and ordered the window quickly. The install went well but right after the install team left….. the window cracked! I immediately emailed Mitch. He called me within minutes. I told him the window cracked which happens sometimes if there was a chip on the edge of the window. Mitch stated that he was sorry and he was going to make this right because it was the right thing to do. Side point, we are selling our house and had an open house coming up. Mitch told me he would deal with it and he would have the custom sized window ordered, made and installed within 24 hours obviously free of charge. Mitch delivered just that. The install team was waiting for me the next day when I got home from work. The window was installed within minutes.It is so hard to find good customer service now, never mind AMAZING customer service that I received from Security Glass. I highly recommend using Security Glass for a stress free experience and great customer service.

Horrible service!!! I would NOT recommend this business to ANYONE.They didn’t clean all the glass from the board up and then the guy who took out my window tried to keep jamming my door into the door slot to try and lock it when I kept telling him my door wasn’t aligning. He used a lot of force on my door to try and fix it.I was not happy when I realized the door still wasn’t sliding properly and the top wasn’t flush. They sent someone else out. He gave me attitude right away telling me there is nothing wrong with the door. He was aggressive, and overbearing.His comment was “ we installed the glass. We installed the door. What more do you want. I can board up the door and you can find somebody else to fix your door.In my opinion, this place shouldn’t even be running a business with such sloppy poor customer service.Don’t do what I did. Pay the extra money for someone to get the job done right!!!!

Excellent customer service by Dave. Quoted me 7-10 days to replace tempered tinted glass in my rv and got it back in 5. I will definitely use them again if I ever have another issue.

Had a horrible transaction with Security Glass .From customer service / communication to the owner Lee can definitely say willl never have them do any more windows in my home !!!Directly not to refer them , nor spread positive recommendations this way !! Not !Tanya

Horrible experience with Security Glass on a large, commercial window replacement. Window installed incorrectly (using cheap, window tape seal), causing our entire widow system to vibrate. This vibration cracked surrounding panes in our window system, necessitating additional window replacement. Additionally, the installers did not have the correct tools to remove and re-install the bezel system surrounding the window, damaging it in the process. The total cost to remediate all of the issues caused by Security Glass exceeded the original replacement cost.
