The thanksgiving dinner was amazing!! Each dish was so delicious and much easier than spending all day cooking it all from scratch (well worth the price tag in my opinion). Pickup was a breeze, friendly staff place everything directly in your vehicle. Heating the food in the oven was very straightforward and it is so wonderful not having a heap of dishes afterwards. Will definitely purchase holiday meals from Atco Blue Flame Kitchen again :)

The food is ok.. it used to be really good. Since this last menu change it is noticeably lacking flavor, taste and imagination, not to mention the value is no longer there either. I’m quite disappointed, this was my go to lunch place for the past 2 years. The building is gorgeous and the atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff are amazing, including the cleaning staff. Just go for a coffee, because the food isn’t that great anymore:(

Did a virtual Mexican Fiesta" cooking class as a team building exercise at work. Chef Rob put on a great class! I'd love to come back again for another food theme.As a self-proclaimed home cook I learned a lot of tips and tricks that I will carry with me for day to day use.Food was fantastic! Thanks a bunch."

Beautiful building and has a great ambiance with fireplaces. The food is wonderful, eggs, waffles, toast, sandwiches, for breakfast, lunch, believe it closes early, because of the offices and staff nearby. The interior is all wood decor, with comfortable seating for meetings with group or just two.

Went for breakfast expecting what the breakfast sandwich was like in 2020, (thick cut bacon eggs made in house). Today was not that, looked like a breakfast sandwich from 7-11

Hidden gem. Love that I can come here to work away from home and have lunch there. The salad was really good and I look forward to trying other dishes from the cafe. One note: parking can be hard to find especially during the lunch rush.

We come here every Monday and we love it! The food is so good (croissant ham breakfast sandwich) and the mint tea! We love this place. So many outlets for plugging in your dead laptop haha!

Nice, airy setting for a relaxing coffee and snacks. Food is of similiar quality as Sunterra and is self-serve. Seems like a lot of people use it for social meetings or discussion groups since they don't rush you to leave. Great place if you want to meet with a bunch of friends for a coffee.
