my experience was horrible!!!!!!! The teacher that was teaching didnt let me go into the class plus i was early for 10 mins and i was waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours and missed my class. When my friends tried to tell him the teacher was super disrespectful. SUPER DISSAPOINTED

Best driving school around. They did start having issues with booking appointments during the pandemic, but it got better after. Really worth taking they teach you how to drive very well! Some of the instructors (Said) put in a lot of effort during the classes and made sure to correct any mistakes. (Many people in reviews seem to not have liked that, but that's why we go here, to correct our mistakes) It was 100% worthwhile in the long run. I literally passed my driving tests without any issues what so ever because I was so careful to not make any mistakes and passed with a 100 on both the theory and practical exam (the tester showed my my result after). I really do owe my driving skills to this school and the instructors (mostly Said, since I took most of my classes with him) that teach here! 100% would recommend.

I regret registering my daughter at CAA Brossard. Worst decision. I should have picked Technic school as we did for my son. it is simpler to reach them and communicate and staff much more polite. Even when walking in no Bonjour at all from receptionist and a dry attitude.A 45 mins. wait to change an appt. and very complicated to join the virtual classes in Teams.(missed classes due to this) The in the road teacher was very nice thou.

very polite people, they made learning the theory section (m1-m5) super easy for me. we had to complain about the couple day delay to get my learners certificate, and they where very professional and gave it to me the same day as the complaint. Im very happy!

Unbelieveable! CAA driving school is the worst! It is impossible to get an appointment. It has been almost 2 years that my kid is trying to finish his driving lesson but cannot get an appointment for his lessons! I call almost every week to get a lesson for my kid and the technician who picks up the phone tells me that they don't have any openings and asks me to call back. When I call back , he tells me its all full, call back next month. It is a total waste of time and money. Go to any other school other than CAA if you want to get your license. They also have the worst customer service. They take more students than they can accommodate.All the instructors at the school were very good and professional but it is their system to give appointments is totally dysfunctional.

Don’t make a mistake choosing this driving school. Have to wait almost 2 months to have a driving lesson. How possible??? If you cannot serve your clients the way they deserve just don’t take more clients. We paid full price but we don’t get what we paid. And now your clients are stuck to finish the sessions with the school because they are already started. Just go to Tecnic service is ways better believe me.

It took me a long time to get classes booked going through the CAA, but so far everyone at this location has been very friendly and understanding. Had my first in-car session recently and the instructor was great and was fluently bilingual.

worst experience , call center agents are very bad. milking money from students. they are running all classes online and they make you pay penalty of 20$ if there is a power outage at your place and reschedule the same class.

I had a very good experience with CAA. All the instructors were nice and helpful. Their advice and support helped me nail my exam. Daniel’s help especially allowed me to refine my skills ahead of my exam. His collaboration during my in car sessions was essential to my learning experience.

Excellent driving school. Caring teachers. Booking sessions can be frustrating due to long phone wait times and being asked to call back to verify “if spots open up”. It’s time this is looked into and a new way of booking is implemented. Nevertheless, the driving school is excellent.
