I called the garage door repair company when our door would open and close on its own, even if we didn’t touch any controller. I knew it wouldn’t be safe to use unless a skilled technician looked it over thoroughly. We didn’t wait long as the repairman came over quickly. He took care of things easily as he addressed the problem with the motor and the springs. He was pretty efficient, as he didn’t need much time to finish the job. We’re happy with how things turned out, and we also appreciate the low service fee.
