The staff are friendly, and the pricing is decent. BUT, I had to wait for over an hour. ** TIP: If you're on your lunch break, let you employer know you could take longer than expected. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY! It could take a while!

Would not recommend.Originally booked at the Langley location. Got a call the day before the appointment, the pipes at the Langley location had burst and the clinic was flooded so they scheduled us in at the south surrey location.I was told the appointment time of 200pm but they asked if we could try for 150pm to fill out paperwork. The lady on the phone said she would send an email to confirm. We show up at 202pm to an empty waiting room. We wait five mins for the nurse (or doctor not sure what she was) to come out. She gives a ton of attitude about being late so I mention I had written down 2pm. She told me the appointment was for 150. I told her again I was told 2pm and that I hadn’t received a confirmation email either. She brushed that off.The appointment itself went about the same way. Basic info you can get off a quick google search.If you’re going as a couple I suggest just going solo and ask any questions your partner might have. They charge per person so you’ll save yourself $50.We were given a prescription for a medication that was suppose to be faxed to our pharmacy within 48 hours. It’s now been 11 days and still nothing. Followed up with a phone call two days ago and they still haven’t faxed it.Highly recommend not using this clinic.

The staff here are friendly and thorough. The “appointments” are more like time slots — They’ll see you somewhere AROUND that time. Give yourself plenty of time for consultations.

DO NOT go there to do TB test if you had BCG before. The nurse took my flexor as the boundaries of induration.

Called the number in my picture, I thought it's a direct line to this clinic, but it's a general line. The person who answered the call was forgetful. From the voice, I can't tell the gender. The information I told him/her at the first, he/she forgot later, and blamed me not telling him/her! I eventually didn't book my appointment and went to other clinic.

Receptionist was absolutely amazing, such a sweet woman. She deff should be in charge of this location! Unfortunately the consultation and vaccine distribution were appalling. From the condescension, scare tactics and being told that it was impossible for me to have a vaccine I know I’ve already had and talked down too.. it was the worst. I was told she works for public health and she insisted I didn’t have a vaccine that me and my mom told her I did. She insisted I get it again even holding the needle to my arm while my mom was telling her I got it already. Complete rip off only interested in selling all she can while insisting she “knows better”. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!

Staff on the phone and in the office are friendly, cheerful and very helpful. Everything is thoroughly explained and they have excellent prices.

I received a negative TB result. I called their general line a few days later to ask when the red mark will be gone as it is still very apparent on my arm. They wouldn’t transfer the phone call to the actual clinic that I attended. The person told me the nurse would call me instead. I received no response nor email. I called back the next day and the person told me to wait for the nurse to call me. She said she is not sure why the nurse hasn’t called yet. At 9:43 pm I have yet to receive any answers! Is this how they treat their patients? I would have understand it if they had told me the nurse can call me a few days later if they are super busy but they had made it sound like they would call on the day of. Are they wanting me to take time off work and drive all the way there just so I can ask one simple question? On a side note: when I was at their office it’s apparent that they did not clean the room prior to bringing me in. The exam table sheets were clearly used but the nurse insisted that it is clean. I also work in doctors offices and we have to clean and wipe down everything before bringing any patients in. This clinic is not very sanitized especially during Covid

Just completed a visit to this facility - great staff, super helpful, NO pressure, and just 100% professional all around. Would not hesitate to recommend, and If I need other vaccines in future? I know where I’m going!
