If they tell you that they will be there to help you with your problems they will be there soon...we were clients of theirs for years because we trust them for what they say, and what they do for us.

Super disappointed with my experience here. Brought in a boat seat to be recovered and was quoted $425, so I told them I would bring in the others as well as the back rests for the front. Was thinking it would be easier to have it all done at once and save as they could order all the material at once, etc... Dropped everything off on 4/17 (2 boat seats and 2 upper back rests). Asked for them to provide a quote of what everything would cost. A few weeks went by and I never heard so I called. I was told that they had already ordered the materials and that it was next in line to be done. I informed them that I had not had been told what the final price would be and was assured it would be reasonable and that Don would call me back with the estimate on Monday. Another week went by with no call. I ended up calling them and got the same response. This went on for a month and 1/2. Part of the issue is that they were referred to me by a friend so I was giving them the benefit of the doubt as it is busy season. Last week I called and the girl told me they would be ready this Friday. To this point, still no idea what it was going to cost. I figured 425 per seat and a few hundred for the back rests based off the original quote. I was told they would call me before Friday with the final cost. Guess what, I heard nothing. Frustrated I drove to the store on Friday and spoke with Don. He apologized that he was unable to get back to me (I call BS on this as I dropped the seats off on 4/17 and called weekly for over a month) and said that it was going to cost $2,100 to get my 2 seats and the backrests recovered. I was furious.. Instead of causing a scene, I asked for my seats back. He tried to get into the details of how things needed to be done and why it cost so much but to be honest, I didn't care. All of the issues were not my problem. They should have been factored into the original quote and I should have been informed weeks ago. That is how real businesses work and we could have saved both of us the trouble. I would have had no issue with knowing this up front but instead I was repeatedly lied to me about the state of the work - no materials were ever ordered, they were never 'inline' and fixed, they were not ready when I went to get them yesterday & I never once received a call, instead I had to chase them down weekly. I would have had more respect if I was told it would be to costly or they did not have the time rather than being led on for almost 2 months. I could have looked elsewhere for the work to be completed, but they were hiding from me. Again, very disappointed and would never use them or refer them. Buyer beware of their practices and the promises/commitments that are not followed through on.

I am incredibly grateful for the help I received from Angela, and Alyssa, and Matt yesterday, with my tent. I called on my way home from Thousand Islands, asking for help with my tent zipper, and Angela said to come in. Even on the phone call, the response I got was so warm and welcoming, I knew I was experiencing a truly positive business. Thank you, everyone!

Left my umbrella out during a windstorm. One of the ribs ripped through the cloth material. They were able to repair fairly inexpensively, with better materials than the original umbrella. They did a great job.

First let me say that I am a private homeowner with an awning completely covering my deck. The service this company provides is awesome! When we bought this house in July 2021, we inherited the awning. This company comes in the fall, takes down the canvas part of the awning and brings it back to their warehouse for storage. They also service it during the winter if need be. Then they put it back up in the spring!Well, our first winter service showed the awning needed to be replaced as it had been up about 13 years. So we bought a new awning. With the new awning it was free install and take down for a year! The next spring they came out to put it on and it was too short. They took it back down and said they would fix it and come back and put it back up. They came back a few weeks later and put up the lengthened awning. Let's just say I wasn't happy. It looked terrible. Instead of waiting until I cooled down I called the company and let them have it. In a very calm manner, Angela asked me to take a deep breath and calm down. She assured me that they would fix this. I agreed to let the repaired awning" stay on for the summer. They made another new awning

Very pleased with their professionalism and products. Had an awning put up took exactly the time that we were told. Now just enjoying it. Would highly recommend.
