This store is always so well laid out with attention to detail and presentation. It contains many very unique gifts and decor that you typically would not find in every other store.The prices lean on the pricier side however this is the price you pay for a bit of exclusivity.The greenhouse is smaller than the mega greenhouses from competitors however the plants are well kept.They always take the time to wrap all items in professional style gift packaging or gift bags. Staff is courteous and readily available.

I’ve never bought flowers in my life until a few days ago. Here, the staff stayed with me the entire time, helped me pick what I wanted and gave me recommendations on the colours and fillers I should include in my bouquet. Not to mention I even ended up paying a LOT less then I thought I would’ve when I first walked in. Overall, they made this first experience a lot less intimidating for me! I do recommend this flower shop to everybody!

If there was a way for me to give zero stars i would gladly do it. They are the worst flourist on the planet. Not only are they not able to get an order correct, when you complain, you have to remind them that they have a guaranteed satisfaction and that they made a mistake!They try not to give you a full refund and when they do finally give you a refund, they send their driver out to stake your house until someone gets home and demands to take back the flowers!! Wow i am still amazed at their pettyness and their lack of customer service. Never again. They ruined it completely for me!!

Flower quality has always been top notch, presentation is beautiful and the service is excellent. I was told they’re closing in a couple of months as the owner is retiring, so if you need flowers I wouldn’t hesitate to go here before it’s too late.

Beyond satisfied with the service and quality of flowers received. I ordered my wedding flowers here and received compliments all night long on how beautiful they were. Guests were even arguing on who would get to take home the centrepieces. Patricia delivered A+ service and made sure that everything was perfect. Thank you so much :)

Very pleasant to deal with. I have ordered many times on the phone and never have been disappointed. Well, once, there was a mix up and that got straightened out right away. They made an extra delivery of a rose to say sorry. Class act and will keep doing business with them!

They always offer great service and a great product. Absolutely the best! Even today I needed to have a delivery changed, and asked them if they would be able to deliver today instead of tomorrow to a completely different location. They did it with no questions asked.

I loved ordering from this shop every June and September for my family's birthdays being that they live close by. Sad to hear the shop is no longer offering delivery and arrangement service, but happy to have had the wonderful flower arrangements over the years. Thank you Camille for the beautiful arrangements.

I called to have my belated Valentine's Day bouquet delivered and 5 minutes later , they were at my door!! 5 minutes !! Oh , did I forget to mention that theres like 20 cm of snow outside!! Great and friendly service :)
