I would have loved to give a higher rating, however I received a jar of Strawberry jam with NO SEAL. I reached out and was told I was wrong and that the product would have still been fine to eat. Would a discount on my next order suffice? I replied back that I would just like a replacement or refund and have not received a response (after two weeks and several follow ups.) I even posted on their Facebook page only to have it deleted - how is a potential customer going to receive an accurate account of the customer service if they cherry-pick the comments? Anyway - my complaint is with their lack of customer service. Unfortunate, as I love to support small business. If you purchase from this company, just hope all of your jam is sealed, because there's no recourse otherwise.Update: Since posting this review, I've received a partial refund for the unsealed jar.

I am also a new customer. I received my order on Friday, and I was so impressed by the packaging; everything was well protected. I haven't tried all of the jams, but I've had the cinnamon honey, maple syrup and peach jam. Absolutely the best on toast/english muffin and waffles! I will be ordering from Jam Box again! These are perfect for gifts for birthdays, anniversaries and at Christmas! I am so pleased - thank you for sharing your wonderful assortments of jams and honey products!

Honestly, you don't know what you are missing. This is by far the best Jam we have ever had. It's not sickly sweet, it taste real, authentic like the fruit they use. Hubby loves it, and so do other family members we've introduced to this brand.Worth every penny, grateful to have found this company, it's quality.

Oh my I ordered apple.butter.spread..something I have been looking for for years....Best ever and I had high expectations lol. Also bought peach and a blueberry no sugar added and also sooo tasty....truly best I have tasted...very fresh tasting. Worth every penny...I am sure.cant.go.wrong with any of these spreads

I just received my first order from Jambox and I have to say I'm really impressed. The presentation was put together very well and the Jam has outstanding flavor and I will definitely be placing another order to try more of their products!
