Trafalgar Cardiology has by far the best and more polite staff!! The clinic is extremely clean and organized. Dr. Datta is so knowledgeable, and It is amazingly refreshing to have a physician that cares like he does. Thank you very much for all that you do.

Called to request more information and for a potential future consult. Was amazed by the promptness in not only in answering my inquiries, but also directing me to thre right person. One can only expect the same efficiency and courtesy when dealing with the cardiologist on staff moving forward.

An absolute horrible experience and customer service from this clinic. I showed up to the clinic ahead of my scheduled and confirmed appointment. The clinic was not open. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. I called several times and received no response. To date no one from the clinic has bothered to call me back and explain what happened or to reschedule my appointment. Absolutely disgraceful and horrendous, non-existent customer service. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone and have asked my family doctor to refer me to another cardiologist. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I was scheduled for a stress test at 10:00am. Doctor didn't arrive until 10:18am, Lab technician took me to a room for the test and l was on a thread mill for 15 mins. After the test, l waited in the lobby while the doctor was showing some visitors around his clinic, more like a tour while l waited. In the end, the receptionist comes to tell me my premilinary tests are ok without me seeing the cardiologist. I feel l was just discarded. Why walk on a threadmill and send receptionist to me to tell me l'm when l can do that at home.Please avoid this practice as there is preferential treatment. Some patients are valued more than others.Tell your family doctor to refer you elsewhere.

There is nothing about this clinic that made me feel like my wellbeing was at all within their realm of priorities. A cardiology assembly line. Admin took my blood pressure with a cuff that fell off my arm. A Med assistant took my history which was never reviewed by the doctor. Then he requested the wrong cardiac monitor that conflicted with what the doctor prescribed. My echo was done with my bare chest facing a full window into the hall b/c the tech forgot to close the drape. Doctor spent less than 5 min with me after I waited an hour and a half. He told me my thoughts weren’t focused and had one foot out the door before I finished a sentence. I asked my family doctor for a referral to another cardiologist and am far happier. No way I was stepping foot back in that office.

Have waited 8 months for a diagnosis. Just to get new appointments for follow ups. Very disrespectful and condescending staff. Heard receptionist once say to her colleague, as I sat in the waiting room, “I’d get some work done if these a$&holes would stop calling”. Waited two hours to see the doctor for a scheduled appointment only to be told (once I asked) , “oh, didn’t the receptionist tell you, we don’t have your results yet?” Splits time between Oakville and Burlington….the Burlington office was offensively dirty. Dead flies throughout the rooms!So glad I was referred elsewhere.

This cardiologist was very rude and not at all someone who should be providing patients with care. He was dismissive and not open to discuss my concerns. I will not be returning to this office.

Very professional staff, very quick service. professional setup and good doctors. Give them a call for yourself and you will see how amazing the cooperation is.They go beyond to make patient comfortable and attended to.
