Definitely recommend. Sales guy Richard was knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell things we didn't need. Installation guys were great - professional but friendly and explained everything. Prices very reasonable and inclusive.

I called at 800am Monday morning as furnace stopped working. The lady was very pleasant and sent Jordan a service tech out less than an hour later.He was on time,professional,and explained all that he did. He did not leave a mess and very patiently answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to call them again.

So we thought we had a leak in our A.C unit, we called Evans,and they sent out the technician Andrew. He was so polite, and so helpful. He fully explained what he was doing, and what was wrong, and informed us on what the problem was, then explained what needed to be done, and got our consent before he went ahead and did anything.. we were so worried having a company show up and hit us with a huge bill without a say, but this company literally explained everything to us, and broke everything down to us before moving forward. If your looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional person to come fix your unit, use them. I honestly was so happy, I asked for his card, because it's so rare to find a company who doesn't over charge, or charge unnecessary things..I will be telling all my friends,family, and neighbors to go with them.. so happy we went with them.

Can’t say enough about what a great company this is! They installed a new central air conditioner at my in-laws yesterday…Richard, who did the quote was very professional and kind. The technicians that installed the unit yesterday were the same! I would highly recommend this company to anyone

I had a hot water tank installed on a Friday afternoon. After noticing a leak on the solder connections, I called the office on Saturday afternoon to ask for a technician to come and repair the leak.The receptionist said no one could come until Monday morning. I had to battle with a leaky solder joint all weekend until the technician came Monday morning.The technicians were great. I realize that everyone makes mistakes but to not send the service technician that was on call to save a bucks was unacceptable.

Jordan was our technician. He was courteous. Knowledgeable, encouraging questions. Very efficient. Highly recommend.

I am very impressed with the service from Evan's Heating & Cooling. The young man was punctual, polite, respectful, and friendly, he took the time to explain to me what he was doing and showed me what he found during the maintenance, and repair of my furnace. I am truly happy with the service.

We couldn't remember when our gas fireplace was last inspected, cleaned and serviced. Web contacted Evans, they arrived the next am. Work completed and our 1998 vintage fireplace looks like new!
