This little shop is the go to place for all hot pot needs. Here you can get quality fresh or frozen meats. They have a in house butcher shop. And they also got hot food section that offers the traditional Chinese favorites like, bbq pork, bbq duck, beef tendon, pork hawks, and more. However be prepared to wait in line during covid lock down. This will vary depending on the occupancy limits.

Nice small store with everything. Butcher and bbq meats. This place is tiny. Barely enough space to walk through store. Someone was at checkout and I was waiting. It’s lovely and quick pickup spot.

An Asian Market in the South Winnipeg. This place is not spacious as ING market but we can find almost things that we need. Staffs here are friendly. They can speak Chinesse, Vietnamese and English.

I am not too impressed with Hoa Ky as they open at 10:00 am, but their BBQ pork, duck etc. is NOT ready until past 11:30 am as they too lazy to prepare the roast meats in advance. When the BBQ shop at Young's Market opens at 9:00 am, all of their roast meats are hot and fresh, and ready for purchase.

just visited this new location. it used to be Piston Ring. Decent store size but half of store is empty.Most items are over priced.They do have good BBQ chicken duck and pork.

Most of produces are way overpriced, I prefer to go to Sun Wah Supermarket. The marinated food are not bad, and now they have lunch boxes.

I always trust them on the weighing, but this one time when I went home and weighed my food, I found out I’ve been scammed. Did a simple math and found out they gave me less food than I paid for. Guess they always do that to everybody. Not a good business model to exploit your customer’s trust on you.Plus they never me give the little complimentary hot sauce if I don’t ask for it. Sometimes I forget to ask and have to eat my food without the sauce in frustration. I’m not pointing finger but if you decide that hot sauce is part of the sales. You should ask customers instead of the other way around.
