The site manager, Sorana, has been great to work with. She's friendly and super-responsive, and made the move-in process very easy. The rest of the staff have been very friendly as well. The building is well-maintained and any maintenance is handled promptly.

Great place for my dog and I to live. This brand new complex is walking distance from two grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, doctors, dentists, clothing store, hardware store, car parts, and liquor outlets. A gas station is nearby, and the public library is across the street. It's a perfect neighbourhood for us.

Mike has gone above and beyond to make our experience, from application to move in, absolutely seamless. He's been so accommodating and has responded to every request and answered every question we've had, quickly. When we were unable to view our particular unit at Hillcrest, he invited us to see his personal unit in West Kelowna. Outstanding service! The facility itself is impeccably clean and looked after and the maintenance/cleaning staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. My husband and I are happy and excited to be tenants at Hillcrest Village.

Very impressed with this company! Just moving into the building but so far the experience has been excellent. The site manager is very friendly, organized and responsive. She definitely goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service! The building is new; but it's kept very clean and it's obvious that the standard for maintenance is high. I love my unit and am excited to live here. Highly recommend.

Very nice lovely apartments. We love our ground floor walk out.The only issue we have is very noisy inconsiderate neighbors above us with small children. There is constant noise and thumping and running and jumping. Children shouldn't be on upper floors for safety either. Our next door neighbor has the same problem, very loud tenants above them

Very happy to call Hillcrest Village home. The Site Manager Sorana is more than willing to help and assist when needed and will go beyond to help. The Maintenance Staff Dereck and others that are here regularly always cheery and helpful. The building is well maintained. Very safe. The area surrounding the building is safe.The opportunity to rent a garden box is such a bonus. The grandchildren love working at the plants. And thanks to Sorana for some flower and veggie seeds.The access to the pet grooming area is another big bonus.Thank you again to all who make this a safe and secure home for me and my family.

We have lived in this building for one year and have been very happy with our decision to sell our house and rent. We have a dog and a cat so a pet friendly apartment is a must. I am a gardener so the small garden plots provided by the company allow tenants to get their hands in the soil. The staff are friendly and very responsive to all communication. The building is clean and well maintained. The location is perfect as we are close to stores and a park with lots of other lovely walks within close proximity.

Just moved into Hillcrest Village and so far I am finding that it is a lovely property. Clean, well maintained, and a friendly little community of people.I am specifically leaving this 5 star review for their building manager, Sorana. She is FANTASTIC! So helpful, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with.

Hi there. Will review again when my husband and I finally move in. I just wanted to send a positive review about our experience with the site manager who has graciously, and patiently helped us 2 seniors in navigating the rental process from long distance.This woman has been so kind and patient throughout. Phone calls and punctual return emails are such a supportive gift. I can't wait to meet her in person. I think she is very special already. I hope Broad street knows what a gem they have and treat her well.

Great rental property and the site manager, Sorana, is fantastic.The common spaces and building exterior are very well kept and it's super easy to request maintenance for your apartment as needed.Sorana is brilliant and quick to help out for anything you need. She goes above and beyond :)Love how pet friendly it is, and that there's a dog wash in the buildling.
